      Agree, I eat a lot specially during my breakfast, one small slice of 90% cacao chocolate and then later ...whole wheat cereals wt mixed nusts added with fresh fruit. My lunch is around 2-3pmI eat some fruits, meat and salad and at night just veggies and a little of low cal yougurt I also am obliging my self to run/jog minimum of 5kms, 3x a week. I'm nearly 60yo now.. I'm not sexy but I'm physically fit.

      Evelyn RC cereals will spike your insulin, which will make you want more food and store lot more fat in your body.

    Kung gusto di makakaramdam ng gutom simply alisin ang sugar sa daily in take. Like sugar sa beverages tea.coffee etc. avoid sweets food specially chocolate. kapag sanay n katawan nio na walang sugar or low sugar madalang na lang makaramdam ng gutom. dahil sugar lng ng cacause ng gutom meaning the more sugar you intake the more you feel hungry. this is base on my own experienced.

    Keto and IF are our way of life! I got rid of my gerd, sciatica, breathing difficulty, poor sleeping habits, etc. I have improved energy level, and hindi ako hinihingal kahit maglakad ng malayo or umakyat sa hagdan. Losing weight is just a bonus. You will suffer from the side effects only if hindi ka seryoso sa lifestyle na ito. It takes a lot of discipline! Mabuhay ang mga low carbers!!! ❤❤❤

    I've been doing Keto for 1 year and I'm not stopping. It's not just about weight loss. It keeps your blood sugar stable all the long and by the way Ketogenic is not high protein diet🙄

      Definitely agree sayo yung iba puro meat and egg lang ang kinakain sa paniniwalang yun ang way ng keto diet or low carb diet. Mali po dahil tulad ng sinabi hindi po high protein low carb diet ang keto and LC.

      @@bobcocampo agree po. Same here i lost weight from 74kg to 49kg. With lots of vegetables, good fats and moderate protein. I feel more healthy and my bp and blood sugar are normal.

    Ang keto diet ay dapat sinasamahan ng maraming gulay (kalahati ng plate mo) para makuha mo pa din mga phytonutrients na kelangan ng katawan, makatutulong din yan para maiwasan ang mga side effects ng keto diet. It's actually good lalo na pag sinamahan mo ng intermittent fasting. Mas maganda samahan mo din ng lemon water para maiwasan yung urinary stones na sinasabi gawa na din sa intake mo ng protein o karne. Keto diet is not bad as long as ginagawa ito sa healthy at tamang paraan. Currently pinagaaralan pa kung ano ang long term effects ng keto diet so hindi natin masasabi na makabubuti o makasasama sa katawan ng tao sa pangmatagalan. Although may mga benefits talaga ito sa short-term and medium-term ayon sa mga researches. Isa pa, hindi din lahat ng Physicians, broad ang knowledge pag dating sa dietary needs ng mga patients, paminsan gamot lang sapat na pero sa totoo lang sobrang daming side effects ng mga medicines na iniinom natin, meron at merong ibang organ ang nadadamay. Pero malaki ang factor ng pagkain sa health ng tao, how does it affect your current situation o yung mga signs and symptoms na nararamdaman mo. Ang keto diet malaking tulong sa mga taong may problema sa blood sugar, o yung may Type 2 Diabetes o Insulin resistance. Ang daming sakit ng tao na related sa diabetes o IR, kaya when you fix the root cause ng problema ng katawan mo, maayos mo din yung mga diseases na meron ka related sa mataas na blood sugar. Tama yung sinabi nila na kumonsulta muna sa doctor bago sumabak sa keto diet, magpa-labtest ka to make sure na pwede sayo, pero dapat sa Doctor kayo na magaling din pagdating sa nutritions, hindi yung "Bawal sa matatamis, maaalat, at matataba na mga pagkain" It should be more than that, something more customized depende sa needs ng patient.

      Ako nga ilan taon na nagmemed sa trigly at fatty liver active pa ko pero hindi ko talaga napababa pero simula nung nag low carb ako nag normal lahat effective.

    I lost 5 kilos in two weeks lang. No rice, potatoes, candies, cakes and soda. Meat and vegetables and water lang ang pwede pero every Saturday is "cheat day" so I can eat and drink everything I want. Effective naman po xa sa akin. 😊

    5 months na ako sa Keto diet at pumayat rin ako. kailangan lang talaga na mag research at magtanong tanong sa mga gumagawa ng ganitong diet. hindi naman puro taba lang ang kinakain jan, kumakain din kami ng mga gulay at yung iba ay nagti-take ng supplements tulad ng magnesium. importante talaga na magpa konsulta muna sa doctor bago pumasok sa ganitong diet.

      pili lang ang kinakain na gulay.. yung mababa lang po.. 5% carbs or 20 grams (or less) naman ang limit kaya ok lang yung carbs na nakukuha sa gulay.

    Nabawasan ako ng 80lbs in 6 months. from 250lbs to 170lbs wala ako sinunod na kahit na anong fancy diet program, ang ginawa ko lang eat in moderation, more sa gulay, prutas, isda at lean meat at siyempre kailangan exercise, don't forget to re-hydrate inom madami tubig.

    Napaka raming factors na kelangan i consider bago mo masabing keto-friendly ang pagkain na iko consume mo. Lalo na kung sa labas ka kakain, una palang is yung oil na ginamit pang fry. Marami pong bawal which makes ketogenic diet inconvenient to most people. Nagki keto diet ako at nag lose na rin ng weight pero ako ang gumagawa ng meals ko at dapat pasok pa rin sa macros. Di rin po totoo na puro matatabang pagkain lang pwede mong kainin. Yung fat intake pwede rin makuha sa mga fruits like avocados, etc. Marami raming research po ang kailangan bago po mag jump rin in.

    Keto while intermittent fasting 18/6 is the best. Unlimited gulay, seaweeds pwede sa keto alternative ng kanin. Bawal sugar at processed meat like bacon, hotdog etc.

    From 67kg to 61kg in 3weeks! And Di na ako nag ki crave ng rice. I love keto! U can either do strict keto, dirty keto or lazt keto. Di talaga ako nagugutom kahit wala rice Im amazed.

      Keto diet is low carb not zero Carbohydrates. Vegetables have very low carb.

      Kpop Promoter Tama, it’s not just lechon but fats from avocado, almonds, salmon, mackerel, sardines, grassfed beef and butter etc parang expensive siya but not really if you do IF and eat them with lots of local veggies

    Lahat kinakain ko basta make sure lang nagwoworkout ako 4 or 5x a week. Running, Cycling at HIIT workout.

    I'm doing semi keto diet because I'm a type 2 diabetic. Semi-keto because I still eat whole wheat bread some days. And I'm telling you I don't get my fat from unhealthy sources all the time. Moderation is key. My fats usually come from avocado, olive oil, fatty fish, tofu, etc. And lots and lots of vegetables.
    Just because you're in keto diet doesn't mean you can eat all these highly saturated fats without consequences.
    This low carb, zero sugar diet has reversed my type 2 diabetes and I'm never going back to eating refined carbs ever again.

      A person can still be in ketosis with 50grams of nets carbohydrates a day. Hindi naman matass crabs ng wheat bread so pasok padin

    I've been in keto lifestyle for only 3 weeks & nag lost na ako ng 21lbs .. I consume 70%healthy fats, 20%protein & 10 % carbs & my cabs are coming from green leafy vegetables..I had high cholesterol before now I can say that it's normal.
    If you are trying to do keto lifestyle always watch for your electrolytes if those are maintain you wouldn't have any issues.. You have to be strick & decepline when you're in keto..Anything to much is not good,you still have to count your food intake.. Learn it,search it so you can appreciate it coz it does work. But Keto is not for everyone specially if you can't let go of bad carbs & sugar..

    I do keto diet . Lost 15 pounds in 3 months. Hindi ito ang totoong keto diet hindi totoo na lechon lang at matatabang pagkain. Its more of the healthy fats like virgin coconut oil. ( 1-2tbsp before meals )
    Hindi rin totoo na unhealthy ang keto. You can still eat non starchy vegetables and fruits. You still need minerals. Hindi basta basta ginagawa to. Kailangan konting research / aral, basa basa pag may time and yung macros.
    Yes you can eat vegtables.
    Yes you can eat fruits.
    It is all about following the macros, it is also Portion control parin.
    To say na matatabang pagkain lang--- you cant have too much protein kasi it will also convert into glucose / sugar.
    Yes. You can do it for a long time. Balance parin. Portion control parin.
    Medyo misleading ito...sorry.
    Get fat from healty oils.

      Angela Buenafe, you can’t eat fruits on this diet. I had tried it with intermittent fasting and it’s so effective until my body can’t handle it anymore so I stopped it. Search Dr. Eric Berg for a high quality informations about keto and intermittent fasting.

      Nag ketogenic diet din ako 105 to 65kg. Ang oil lang talaga butter coconut oil olives oil.Ang maganda pa mag ka abs ka nag walang ka hirap.hanapin nyu fb ko Cham Cham bagz.ganda kayang diet nayan.Dito Pala ako Sa Kuwait ngayun.Kaya nakaya ko Ang diet nayan ma bigat kasi sa bulsa.pati beef dapat gras fed.jiji

    Actually to be precise, Grass Fed Animals, Grass Fed Dairy products, Omega 3 oils, at Organic Vegetables ang recommended sa Ketogenic Diet, at dahil masyadong mahal at bibihirang makita sa market yung mga ganitong product kaya naghahanap ang mga tao ng alternative way para ma i-adopt pa rin sa Keto diet yung mga kinakaen nila. di po ako expert sa Keto Diet pero base na rin po sa experience ko sa Keto Diet kelangan mo rin maging conscious lalo sa kinakaen mo, bago kumaen makakatulong ang ACV or Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's Organic ACV) para mas mabilis lusawin ng chan yung kinakaen mo at iwas rin sa Fatty Liver, at pinaka effective way rin ang pag inom ng Lemon + Water sa umaga para naman iwas sa kindey stone dahil nga sa High purines ang kinakaen. mas effective rin ang Keto Diet kung sasamahan ng Intermittent Fasting. tulad nga sa sabi sa video di lahat angkop ang diet na to kaya mas mainam pa rin na magkaroon ng impormasyon at i-konsulta sa Doctor at Dietician.

    Ang mga doktor is really telling patients to avoid carbs and anything with sugar in order to lose weight. And moderation in meat and fat... more from fish, chicken, seafood. 4 servings of vegetables and lesser in fruits dahil may sugar din ang fruits.

    this is not real keto. hindi lang dapat puro taba. I'm on keto diet, although im allowed na kumain ng taba, i still choose to eat healthier foods. green leafy veggies..eggs, and lean meat. salads, minimal dairy products. you are allowed to eat carbs but not more 50 grams. maraming pagkain na high fat hindi kailangang puro meat and taba. I needed keto diet. kase mataas ang sugar level ko.

      keto diet is a low-carb diet but stricter. You have to eat high fat foods, 10% carbs 1% sugar to achieve ketosis. Normally, carbs ang gamit to burn for energy. Sa keto diet, fats ang gnagamit.. This is the best diet para sa may high sugar levels, diabetics. recommended din sa may autism. not more than 50 grams of carbs and not more than 1 gram of sugar. In my case, eggs, butter, coconut oil, olive oil, dairy products like cheese, full cream milk ang knakain ko.. no starchy veggies and foods, meaning iwas sa mga rootcrops like patatas. other than that, you can basically eat anything else. it is a very strict diet but once naachieve mo ang ketosis hindi mahirap mglose ng weight in a healthier way. Okay lang kumain ng matataba like lechon, wag mo lang haluan ng carbs kase yan ang cause ng cholesterol and spike ng blood sugar.

      Animal fat is healthy. Vegetable fat from seed that are hydrogenated are the bad fats.

      In keto, you can eat gulay but LEAFY lang halos plus eggs and chiken or fish pero more fats ka nga lang then exercise ka lang bawal fruits especially yung masyadong matatamis kung gusto mo naman nang matamis STEVIA is another option, fats na kasi ang ginagawang energy source ng keto instead sa carbs turn to glucose

    TRUE Keto is about good fats and veggies. And it is right that it is no good for long term, when you reached your target weight start eating normally but in limited amounts.

    Low carb na lang kase, pwedeng kumain ng matataba pero hinay-hinay din dapat, more on gulay na mafiber at mga prutas na pasok sa low carb.. Eh kung puro matatabang karne talaga kakainin mo eh mas mataas talaga ang side effect sa katawan yan.. Saka more on tubig talaga.

    Susme grassfed meat dapat, fish with high fat tapos leafy vege. Tapos sabayan pa pa ng apple cider n drink, Intermittent Fasting and usana vitamins. Mag babalance ung body. Effective lang to sa mga obese 1-2.

    Hindi po pwede ung mga Bacon na nasa groceries, dapat po made sa house nyo po from real meat, at hindi din po pwede ung mga pretong karne, kung gusto talaga ng preto ay dapat olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil lang, bawal mga seeds oil.

    I was doing this while quarantine and boom nabawasan ako ng 10kg in a month sinabayan ko lang ng intermitted fasting na 20:4. Tips pwede nyo iTry muna yong low carb diet. iwasan ang carbs like rice and bread even sweets/sugar. Kumuha kayo ng carbs sa plant base food.

    Yup..keto diet is not for everyone....maling mali ang natutunan naten na dapat kumain tayo 3 times a day plus snacks in between...this should not be the rule...our body needs rest lalo na ang digestive system naten..pag kain ka ng kain walang tigil lahat ng organs naten na magtrabaho kaya ang resulta either tumaba ka or magkasakit ka...Eat when you are hungry and not necessarily 3 times or 6 times a day and quit eating once you feel full do not force yourself to eat dahil kelangan mong ubusin ang food dahil sayang.

      I have to agree with that but need din natin kumain sa tamang oras para di magka ulcer, expert says that if we skip meals, imbis na food yung tunawin ng digestive natin, mafufool sya kaya magpoproduce sya ng madaming acid na nagkocause ng ulcer

      Im not a doctor pero ang pagkaka-alam ko ang cause ng ulcer ay bacteria na nakukuha natin sa mga maruruming pagkain at intake ng mga toxins. Ang madalas na paninigarilyo at pag-iinom ng mga alcohol ang madalas na tina- tamaan ng ulcer. :)

      maayootso, tama ka. ang cause ng ulcer ay bacteria na tinatawag na h.pylori. Ang pag skip ng meal ay never na mag ccause ng ulcer kundi good health pa nga. Sa case ko, I eat one meal lang aa day for more than a year now and marami pong mga tao ang gumagawa nito. This is what we call Intermittent fasting.

      tama, intermittent fasting ang pinaka ok but alam ko not for everyone most especially those na required kumain most if the time.
      mahirap sa simula pero once you get the hang of it madali na. it also helps our body to produce more human growth hormone

    The thing is, when someone on Keto achieves their goal weight they stop and go back to their old way of eating so they’d gain whatever lbs they lost. And this makes keto diet look bad, people say you’ll only gain more than you lost.
    I’m just saying..
    When we change the way we eat, let’s say our lifetsyle and achieve a healthier weight, may we continue and not go back to the old way that brought us to our unhealthy state in the first place.

    Kelangan pa rin ng calorie counting sa keto diet. Nacheck na ito ng karamihan at sa tingin ng karamihan mas mainam pa rin ang low carb diet at mas sustainable. I think low carb plus intermittent diet ok na at least healthy. Sa tingin ko nagagalit ang industry ng rice dahil maiitchapwera ang rice at lumalabas na masam ang rice sa katawan which is true. Mas maganda na ireplace ang rice ng ibang mas simple carbs like beans.

    tama yung sinabi ng nutritionist. Balance lang talaga ang dapat and eat more vegetables. Mediterranean diet ang the best in the world sabi ng mga experts, kasi balance yung food, laging madaming gulay, may complex carbohydrates, protein. Yung pangalawa ay yung Japanese food. Yung taba ng pork ay mataas sa bad cholesterol, pati na yung vegetable oil na ginagamit ng mga tao lalo na dyan sa Pinas kasi mahal ang olive oil. Experts and doctors recommend nila ay extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil, but of course in moderation pa din yung gamit. Balance lang talaga ang food intake para mag balance din yung hormones.

    Try nyo 1 meal a day morning coffee with milk ok lang tapos night naman 4 eggs tapos tomato sidedish and carots try nyo in 1 month lang malaki mapapayat nyo sabayan nyo ng exercise kahit wala eh ok padin try lang

    Yung mga doctor gusto nila wag kayo mag keto diet kasi gusto nila magkasakit kayo para may customer sila. Ang keto diet healthy sya kapag tamang keto diet ginagawa mo. 70% fats 20% protein 10% carbs pero dapat yung carbs galing sa gulay. Tapos dapat calorie deficit kayo kahit mag keto diet ka pero sobra sa calories yung kinakain mo tataba pa din kayo. Ako nagkeketo diet tapos one meal a day lng at meron akong 6pack at syempre nageexercise din ako. Mga tao nagcocomment na hindi maganda ang keto diet ay yung mga tao na hindi naka try ng keto diet.

    I am an on and off keto person. I only use it if I need to lose weight bec of either weight plateau and have to tweak my metabolism. But I always mindful of what I eat. I don't eat just for the sake of meeting macros, (dirty keto) but I carefully choose my fat and protein choice ( avocado, olive oil, coconut cream/oil, oily fish, nuts, eggs to name a few. I sparringly use fat from pork bec I do not feel good afterwards. I can lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Once I got my desired weight I slowly switch my diet to lchp. Keto is good and healthy as long as you are mindful of what you eat. Also you will still have to eat veggies and fruits because you will get starved of vit and minerals particularly magnesium and potassium without them. With keto you can easily be dehydrated bec you lose all your glycogen who retains water in your body thus resulting into loss of potassium and other minerals. You have to find way to replenish then. I normally use green leafy veggies such as khale, spinach, lettuce etc. For fruits, low carb not more than 100 grams a day such as strawberries, berries of any kind, cantaloupe, watermelon, avocado(eat as much as you can)

    Pede lechon use lard or tallow instead of refine cooking oil and beef you can even make your own tallow by boiling fat and straining for richer people try to find grass fed beef raw honey and eat fruits high in carbs and mid sugar

    Pwede rin ang lechon and bacon pero mas magiging effective ang keto kapag healthy high fats ang kakainin tulad almond nuts, pili nuts, macadamia nuts, cashew nuts, ghee butter, bullet proof coffee, MCT oil, mga fatty fish tulad ng salmon, sardinas, mackerel, bangus, nag start ako 160lbs after 1 months down to 132lbs na ako still counting for my ideal weight na 110lbs sa height ko 😄😄💪

    ang maganda keto ay consume good fats like avocado, olive oil, vco coonut oil ,mct meat avoid bad oil vegetable, canola , sun flower at soya oil. Eat protein, fish, egg, chicken , beef and pork.Vegetable very important lettuce, cauliflower, brocolli , and other green leafy vegetables. monitor your carb as in very low carb, avoid rice, oats, pasta and sweet like sugar, soft drink and juices. avoid msg, artificial flavoring. Do exercise and avoid stress . Maintain your electrolytes. eto ng keto alam ko.

    keto diet is good, di naman kailangan taba ng baboy, mostly grass fed beef lang, good fats like avocados, fish, organic eggs, at iwas sa mga commercial foods like pork or 45 days chicken.
    and most important is yung green leafy vegetables mo, marami, :) wag po kayo magkeketo hanggat di nyo alam ginagawa nyo, nakamamatay! :)

    Totoo ito. Dito gumaling ang fatty liver ko plus Intermittent fasting. In one year gumaling fatty liver ko. Bago ko gawin ang pag kain ng karne na may mga taba, at intermittent fasting, laging matamlay ako at sumasakit ang dibdib. Nuon hindi ako kumakain ng taba ng baboy at baka pero mataba ako, nagka fatty liver at sumasakit ang dibdib. Pero simula ng mag change lifestyle ako na Intermittent fasting at pag kain ng mga may mga taba, bacon at even balat ng manok, sa isang taon, malaki pinayat ko at gumaling ang fatty liver ko. Sa mga natatakot sa keto diet, alisin nyo lang ang mga processed foods at drinks kasi yan ang number one sanhi ng mga sakit sa katawan at talagang magpapatumba sa inyo. Pero kung wala na nito, plus keto diet at isasama pa intermittent fasting, malusog po kayo. Marami pong mga tao all over the world gumagawa nito and marami pong mga may sakit ang gumagaling na.

They have been moulded to this kind of stereotype that being light is healthy and sexy; in fact light weight does not make sense if your fat percentage is too high. You can be skinny with too much visceral fat.

    I lost 10 pounds in 1 week.. walang rice, french fries, soft drinks, spaghetti, pansit, Wala Rin pizza o donut mga tinapay lahat Yan inalis ko... Pagkain ko Lang ay isda, beef, pork, chicken, gulay kangkong, talong, okra, pechay at prutas grapes ubas, strawberry... Bawal din ang mais corn... Ang sarap Ng pakiramdam Kasi nagaan talaga body mo... Ang kanin talaga sobra magpataba!!! Ok uminom Ng kape at Green tea nakakatulong pumayat... Wag din sobrang dami kumain Ng Karne.. mas ok isda at gulay, avocado kaunti lang
