You may be having a dominating pitta dosha. Prefer eating a lot of spicy/salty food? Consult an ayurvedic doctor to reduce your pitta dosha. You might be able to control your grey hair then.

It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to reverse gray hair fast minus the normal expense. Thankyou glamrs for your remedies but i have query regarding it. You have mentioned to use conditioner as a pack but conditioner isn't meant to put on scalp and the need to dye hair is from roots.. but conditioner won't help in it rather make our hair worse. Hi Deepti, Premature greying of hair is one of the most annoying issues faced by teenagers these days, and alongwith genetics the blame also goes to factors like stress, pollution or poor eating habits.
We hope the remedies in this video work super fabulously for you but we do recommend you eat food packed with proteins, carbs and right amounts of nutrition, choose an organic shampoo, oil your hair and rub almond oil mixed with amla and lemon juice on the scalp and leave it overnight to prevent premature greying.

Hey babe... Don't ever pluck them... Trim them with scissors if needed.. But if you pluck.. There's a chemical in the hair follicle that spreads droplets and causes the surrounding hair to turn grey... It happened with my friend and by the time someone told her it was too late.. It's the same for me.. I have only one spot with all the greys.. People say this is a myth but it's my and my friends experience.Do not pluck. Thank you

I hope this actually helps.... I'm not ashamed of my white hair but as a 14 year old my parents really get worried and it's always a presure that i don't show my hair :( that's why i have to tie my hair so that the Grey's can hide
Hi thee, we always try our remedies/hacks/DIYs before we make a video and only when they have worked effectively do we share them. Having said that, according to studies, premature greying happens due to genetics. Talk to your parents or even grandparents on when they first spotted their grey hair. If they had it very early in their age, chances are there you too will do the same.
Are you providing enough nutrition for your body? The right kind of wholesome diet with all nutrients will keep your hair, skin, nails and overall body healthy and beautiful.
Deficiency of Vitamin B12 could be the reason if you are greying fast. Pack on Vitamin B12 rich diets like cereals, dairy products, eggs or try supplements to increase the levels and stop greying of the hair at the right time.
