- Here's my take on the Explorer ST Forum and "the straw that broke the camel's back."
It was a good run and I sincerely appreciate the remaining members of our admin group! We have all poured our hearts and souls into this platform, the page, and don't deserve to be told that we SHOULD be blindly building a business for someone else, without their involvement. I'm chosing to walk away.

The Facebook group's only purpose is to be a list of sales leads for Josh.

He has done some strange things to some members of the group, banning them for getting bad service from Josh, and not getting communication from him.

I remember early last year there were posts calling him out for not shipping fluids and filters for weeks after purchase. Those posts disappeared quickly.
That's wild! I only joined the pages in October (when I got my ExST) but even I have noticed a weird vibe, especially on that specific page. Coming from building trucks, I've been in a lot of different pages & never have I seen a page owner/mod hock their own product so hard.
I've seen on several occasions where a post will be deleted because he in particular doesn't agree with it because it questions AMS Oil. I've seen people question why things have been deleted & his answer has essentially been "because I didn't like it because it calls me out".
I would say choosing to leave is the right idea. I know if I was an admin or w/e & shit like thag was happening, I would also leave.
It's just inappropriate in that context, IMO

If there is one thing I know, it's that money and greed can really change a person. It's sad to see you leave but in the same token I totally understand. I would do the same thing if I was in your situation. Thank you for all of your help and everything you do for this platform!
She hasn't done shit for this platform but suck people sideways to get her foot in the door to be a FLY on the wall. She lives for DRAMA. Good Riddance!

I have had poor customer experience from 1320. Ordered a ST Christmas sweater, took a month to get, no response, multiple attempts.…received it three days after Christmas…not even a sorry.
I'm so sorry that was your experience! A large part of the reason I'm walking is because I don't want to be associated with it all, and don't want to be grouped in with those type experiences :(
I know I had one that provided the wrong address that was late and I even refunded the money. If that wasn't you. I do apologize. I did send a email that my prints were delayed. But I would gladly send you a refund.
