I’m autistic and ADHD, and I struggle with reading more than I did when I was younger. I am hugely appreciative of the reader’s easy command of English which imparts the meaning and context of the characters to the listener. I listened to the prologue and I will continue later with Chapter One. Thank you very much, this is wonderful.
I have asd too and I find reading some of the language dry and boring. Audio narrators such as our Mr walker here have been a relief as I can now enjoy classic works while insomnia kicks me
Thank you so much Tony! This would be at least a year long read for me on my own. You mean so much to the story lover in me. You literally enrich life as a modern day bard.
I really appreciate your work in narrating these stories. I suffer from chronic pain so find it difficult to concentrate and read for too long. Your channel has been a real tonic. Thankyou, Mr Walker, from a rather soggy N Wales 🏴
I cannot wait to dive into this. People always see Frankenstein's creation as a lumbering, grunting monster. Surely, in the beginning of Shelley's story he was inchoate and primal. But by the end, his eloquence, philosophies, and understanding of the human condition are fully evolved. His confrontation of his creator is the point where the reader has that moment of introspection: "Who is the real monster here? Is it the Creature? Is it Frankenstein? Is it...us?" Thank you for turning our collective attention back towards this classic and powerful tale!
What a lovely coincidence!!!! I sat with this book open on my table, hoping you had posted this audiobook sometime earlier and wowwwwwwwwwowowoowowowo its just posted its like the universe has listened to me aaaaaaaa
I subscribed a week or so ago I think and feel it's time to drop a comment. Truly amazing readings I must say, the timing, emphazing, not to mention the choice of books. You are my new favourite audio book narrator. Much appreciated. ⭐️🔥

This is like Christmas, Tony. One of the best novels ever penned performed by the best narrator ever!

The preeminent horror classic rendered by one of the best voices doing audible stories today! Christmas came early this year!

Happy Fall everyone! Happy Halloween too!

Wow! What a great time of year for this story! I have this and the Agatha Christie story to enjoy now. How wonderful! 🖤🎃🖤
So you wannabe a Rockstar? 👏👏 ❤
This will be fun
The greatest evil is usually done by those convinced they are doing it righteously
Too true
Hollywood did such a disservice to the novel. Who would choose an oversized vegetable with electrodes over diabolical intelligence?
I’ve really enjoyed your story-telling-performances.
In my opinion, this is a fantastic novel, and I’m looking forward to hearing your rendition.

@@katecrippen8866 I think you’ll like it (thanks to Mary Shelley)
Oh boy, a thumbnail with a house!! That was really fun to tap on 🫡
Actually this didn't do as well. it must be because it's a castle. Note to self: only houses. No hotels, no castles, no caravans.
