The university talks often with the Ute tribe. They speak to the players each year.

If they wanted the old logo back, we would.

Great breakdown. As a lifelong utah fan, I believe he will go down as one of the most beloved QBs in school history. His teammates love him, and I think I can speak for all other utah fans when I say we love him even more. The guy is absolutely a baller and a stand-up guy on and off the field. I really hope he has one hell of a season this year and gets drafted. He deserves it

He is actually better than you rated him, and it was abundantly clear that you think he is excellent! He is every bit of that. He is such a “Baller” that Utah might go undefeated with the Roster the Utes have in place, and Rising needs to be at least 90% as good as he was before the injury…
You even nailed his propensity to throw into tight windows rather than the easy pitch & catch “check down” route. God knows what his completion % would be if he could correct that? It’s already around 66%. Great analysis!!

I think he was injured a little prior to that Rose Bowl game, but the knee got blown up by a clean contact tackle.

Utes are a Native American tribe in Utah. Will be an interesting year because Utah does not have a standout RB, but they do have the most talent and depth at WR and TE we will ever see. Utah is used to leading with the run game to set up the pass game. This year Utah will be pass heavy and Cam will be piling up the pass yards.

He's a serviceable qb that will not make it in the nfl. He purposely his the depth of his injury so he could sit around and collect Utah's nil money. He didn't go to the nfl because he wouldn't get drafted. He's a drain on his team. My prediction he doesn't make it through the season. Will not et drafted. They should have moved on at Utah and gave their other qbs a chance to gain experience for the good of the team.
