A welded Steel bunker is a faraday cage. However if you build a concrete (cheaper in my opinion) you need to make a faraday cages (Steel trash can sealed with alum. Duct tape will work).
Inspectorzinn2 But 200k will lend you a nice 3bed/2bath house in a more "normal" part of the US!? So no comparison. And even if you have milion $ house,200k for a "basement" like this is total waste! 2000$ spent on a good shrink will save someone 200k down the road.
I can see how being rich is frustrating. Even when you can spend $ 250,000 on something, you still have to look for ways to economize things. For example all that work to set the crane up and one might could have installed two bunkers, and had an underground duplex, or a mother-in-law room. And you could have filled it in with high-grade material, or maybe put it a foot deeper, or added a 2nd entrance on the other corner of the property, etc. How long could someone live underground in that one, without ever coming back up ? It seems like you would have to plan for a family member dying down there, if the surface was too dangerous for some crazy reason. How much would it cost to just build a basement instead ?? Is there a point where a factory-built bunker is not practical ? Or do you just go modular after you want a XXXL size.
i think you could have built a cheaper one out of concrete . But that takes time and everyone that works on it will know where it is . Unless you bus the tradesmen in and out in a blacked out bus .
I have much respect for you. your true passion for these shows in your work. Looks like TN to me! Best state in the country

Great video, Ron. I'll be coming out to your Texas facility again soon so we can discuss my project.
Do bunkers have EM protection? e.g. Faraday cage?
A welded Steel bunker is a faraday cage. However if you build a concrete (cheaper in my opinion) you need to make a faraday cages (Steel trash can sealed with alum. Duct tape will work).
Great Video! It’s crazy because I live right down the street from here. I pass it everyday, Small world!
Did they repair the road yet?
@@DSSlocksmiths Yes, they repaired it a while ago.
Wow, that is nicer than my house.
True, we can keep dreaming- right?
❤
Do the shelters come with a detailed schematic,? electrical, and plumbing, for the owner to reference??
"We must prepare for the coming of Gozer."
@robbie G It's you're, Robbie.. *smh* But don't worry, I think Trump will win.
Concrete shelters are the best! Nice werk.
God willing...ill have one of these beauties one day!
I love this channel
This give a whole new perspective of "money pit" :)
You see what houses go for in San Francisco? Over a million for a burned out house. From an urban housing perspective this bunker is cheap.
Great done video Ron and the editing was spot on👌
That was a great video...
I'd like to see links bunkers.
Concrete bunker or a nice deep CAVE will do it, if any EMP or plasma grounding your metal shelters won’t safe anyone
TOTALLY safe from an EMP
Trump will just give them more tax cuts. And other giveaways
The whole world is coming to get you 😮😮😮
wow huge job at reasonable price , love it
i think you could have built a cheaper one out of concrete . But that takes time and everyone that works on it will know where it is . Unless you bus the tradesmen in and out in a blacked out bus .
Awesome work!!
Thanks 😊
no emergency escape tunnel?
Most have one. He did not want one cause of the house plans
