  • In this video, I'm reviewing and testing out the Kyvol Cybovac E20 Robot Vacuum Cleaner.
The Kyvol Cybovac E20 Robot Vacuum Cleaner comes with lots of accessories including a cleaning brush, a 2-meter magnetic boundary strip to prevent it from going into out of bounds areas or rooms. The Kyvol E20 comes with a charging base so when the battery is low the robot vacuum it will return to its base to recharge.
The Kyvol E20 has a run time of 150 mins and it has wifi connectivity and can also be controlled with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa home speakers. It can also be controlled with a remote control, if you didn't want to use wifi or home speakers.
I really put the Kyvol to work by giving it many challenging tasks! Watch the video to see how well Kyvol Robot Vacuum was able to handle cleaning hardwood floors, carpets, rugs, and mats. I made sure to scatter lots of dirt around to test how capable Kyvol was at cleaning.
Kyvol robot acuum cleaner model that I am reviewing is e20 Robot Vacuum which is the earlier model and comes with 2000pa. The Kyvol Cybovac e30 Robot Vacuum cleaner 2200pa is an updated model and is, therefore, a little more expensive to buy.
The Kyvol Cybovac E20 Robot Vacuum Cleaner works really well on all hardwood floors, mats, and carpet areas. However, it does not mop. If you are looking for a vacuum and mop combo then you may be interested in the Kyvol Cybovac s31 robot Vacuum and Mop.
If you're wondering are robotic vacuums any good or if you want to try one out without breaking the bank, the Kyvol Cybovac E20 Robot Vacuum Cleaner 2000pa suction is a great robot vacuum to start with.
Kyvol robot vacuum e20 was currently on sale for $199 Canadian Dollars, it will be cheaper in the US!

I also compared this to my previous iRobot Roomba i4+, which came with a dirt disposal, but I definitely found Kyvol to be much more faster, quiter, and had much more suction power than the Roomba. The Kyvol is also much cheaper than iRobot Roomba and think the Kyvol is a great beginner robot vacuum to start with if you are unsure of how well they will be able to help you.

You should run those cables on the baseboards so it doesn’t happen or get a cord floor protector.

Great! With all the great stuff it does I don't mind getting down to just wipe up flour or rice! 😉

I have had this vacuum for about two years. It has a known flaw with the main roller brush in that it starts vibrating after a little wear. The solution for this is to place a bit of folded tin foil on the round end of the brush and the vibration stops. This was actually the recommended fix per support. This is the 3rd vacuum that I have had and all of them end up stripping the right-side sweeper brush gear after about 1 year (immediately after the warranty ends). I have had a Roomba and a Eufy prior to the Kyvol. The Kyvol started making a grinding sound from the right sweeper brush just before the warranty ended. Sadly, support did not comply with sending me an appropriate part and sent me a brush and filter replacement kit instead. By the time I received it, the warranty was out and I submitted a complaint and again they sent the wrong thing because they don't provide motor or gear parts and you cannot find them except on ebay.I have been operatiing the vacuum without the right-side sweeper for a year now so that it cannot make the horrible grinding noise, but this sucks because it cannot pick-up anything near a vertical surface (walls). When the Eufy started doing this I got the specs for the stripped gear and used a 3d printer to make more. They would work for about a month and then start stripping again so I gave up.

Robot Vacuums usually avoid black rugs or areas. That’s why!

Thank you!! It’s funny sometimes it does a decent job on the dark mats and sometimes it’ll avoid them...

I am trying to choose between kyvol e20 and e30. I wonder if the e30 has only one side brush, is it a deficiency or a disadvantage? This is important wuestion for me.
Does the e20 not working linearly like the e30 affect its performance a lot? Considering the 40-50 dollar difference, which one makes sense?

Hello, to thank you for your review. After 4 months, what do you recommend more Roomba or kyvol?
    Thank you again 😊

Between these two specific models, I would say Kyvol. Roomba is very slow and annoying!.....

As I watch videos on robot cleaners, it's unfortunately clear they are just not all that great at this point in time. They are nice for getting under furniture, but a manual vacuum is still better, faster, and cheaper for many cleaning tasks. I'm sure over time the quality will continue to improve and the price will come down.

I disagree. I have a robot vacuum (a different brand from this one) and I start it when I am doing other chores: laundry, washing dishes, cleaning in the bathroom, etc. It vacuums while I'm busy with the other tasks. My floors, both carpet and linoleum, are quite clean. I couldn't be happier with mine and I highly recommend them as a time-saving device.

    • @kweenjade01
      @kweenjade01 2 роки тому

I agree. Nothing like doing it urself. But robo vacs are great for ppl who can't physically get down to those areas and those who don't have the time. It's easier to get this vac to pick up 90-95% of mess than pick up 100% by urself. And hey depending on the brand it may even do a better job.

@@kweenjade01 I'm pretty much a convert. There are now mapping robo vacs that are reasonably priced, something we didn't have before. The low end ping-pong bots though are way too inefficient. I have some areas that I still need to manually vacuum, but use a robo for the majority.
