How are you getting on with rear tyres? I bought my son one for Christmas and it needs new rear tyres now, it really is better off road on grass or dirt because there is no rear diff, rear tyres get obliterated on tarmac. But it is such good fun, proper tail out drifting and good speed
yeah back tire are bald need to get new ones. my son drive alot back and forth in the neighbor hood so alot of tarmac but other than the bearings we love it!
I have one of these, what sort of rear axel play do you have in the red metal tube that holds the axel. I’m not explaining it well but for me the axel appears to be floating inside this red tube almost like it is missing bearings?
@@poultonprojects Can you do a video showing how the battery is connected? Or can you tell me what kind of connector the go kart uses to connect to battery.
Nice! How long does the battery last after fully charged? Do you have to worry about overcharging or the charger/go kart has a BMS?
Oh That is BiG !
Going for the father of the year trophy I see! lol
Birthday we sold the motorcycle and used that money to help pay for it! They are spoiled rotten who am I kidding🤦🏻

I will check this out and get back to you
yeah check out my other video on that seems like that is a bad thing that all of these have you need to replace the bearings for sure
Any idea how you can convert this to using lithium Ion batteries instead of lead acid?
I think that would be an easy conversation the batteries are on line and I don’t think the motor cares what type of battery you use
Nice video. I’m wondering if my 8 year old son’s feet will reach the peddles. 🤔
My son is now 8 and he was able to reach the peddles at 6. You should be good.
Would you recommend this go kart? How long does it take to charge and what sort of runtime do you get out of a charge? Any problems?
The only problem is the bearings on the rear axel not sure they fixed this issue or not but other than that we love it
Its hard to say how long the charge last but it’s a good while
Just a question, how tall is your son? Just wanna know if I would fit comfortably
He’s 12 in this video in the 4 -5 feet 😂
Hi how long will the battery last ?
It last a good while I would say around 45 min of driving
Is the seat adjustable?
It moves forwards and backwards
Can small adult fit in this go kart?
Yes it will push me around I am 220 my son is 85 pounds and it really goes good 😊
@@poultonprojects Thanks for the quick response! Have you tried upgrading battery too maybe 80v?

Maybe the controller can be burn..try smell it and the motor too
I found one today but the dude is asking $1,450 brand new
Is it worth it? Or where can I find a cheaper one
The back bearings are crap but can replace them they are fun so if you can afford it do it the kids will remember it for ever
Thats great. Every thing is going electric. Much simpler.
HI It is safe for kids from speed purpose. I ahve 6 and 10 year old are they too young for this
Yes it has two speeds high and low
No they are not too young
