Thats a real beauty of a build.... Great video as always.
Glad you liked it!
great lookin truck bro, Mel knows what he's doing when it comes to his suspension set ups.
Wicked. Thanks for posting this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Dream JT build👌🏼
Best lookin JT I have ever seen! Congratulations
Awesome. Love you only modify what is needed. Clean but effective.
Exactly!
So what is the story on that awesome black crew cab Freightliner in the background? More photos, build, and how is the rear set-up? Thanks!
I will do a video on it soon! We built it to tow and hang out in
Those axles are so nice looking. Awesome ride.
Thanks 👍
amazing build!
Thank you!
Very nice rig Cassie.....wish mine was built like that.
Very sweet machine, hope to be able to catch up with you in Moab '22 and compare jt's.
Awesome!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Sick! 😎🤙🏼
I sure wish the pre production gladiators we tested here in Colorado were set up like this lol.
WOW!! I’ve only seen 2 sick gladiator builds, but this is gold. Super clean and thanks for sharing. Curious which engine you picked?
Thank you and V6.
That's like One of the few Jeep JL 's I'd like to Own !
Its a JT
Awesome awesome ride. Is it possible to get a quote of the mods?
That JT is awesome. I love they way you did the build. Looking to do the same kind of thing on a 2018 JL 2 door. Would the 9 inch work on it and would it be lighter then say you 60?
Absolutely and yes it’s lighter
How does one change a tire with wheels that big? The reason why I’m asking is my husband just got me a monster jeep and that is the biggest concern I have so far.
Super clean build. On the Antirock set up, are you using standard bar or the thicker bar?
I use the light bar
What front coil overs are those
Can you do a walk around your TJ?
Doing a little update to it and will have a breakdown soon.
Who did your wrap??
What fox coil over did you go with
Nice truck. Exactly what I'm looking for. Sold my crawler and just bought a JT yesterday. Looking for the same versatility. Can I get a complete list and who you used for the install. I'm in LA.
I can post that up
Awesome build! I'm curious how much lighter the anti rock sway bars weight vs the stock Rubicon sway bar?
That would be a question for RockJock4x4.com they can get you handled.
A lot
Do you find that the 3.6 liter v6 is powerful enough for the 40 inch tires? What kind of fuel mileage do you get on the highway?
12-14mpg and yes we have a jeep on 42s and it cruises with 538s
Man bobbing the bed up to the rear wheel arch would make the descent angle really tight with that thing. Ever thought about doing that?
I love the idea but it’s not for me. I have 2 kids that ride dirt bikes and if I cut the bed up I can’t use the bed. I need every inch of bed for all their stuff.
@@CaseyCurrie Ah ok gotcha. Definitely dont want to use the utility of the bed.
What should i be looking at doing besides a re-gear to run 37s on a jt mohave to keep from tearing up the jeep. At least a starting point.. thx
It’s pretty good. You won’t need much till you start going heavy wheeling
Thanks for this build break down. I live down in Baja, and just picked up a Mojave. Why go with the 8 lug vs the standard 5? (I really don't know anything about the difference!)
8 lug is 1 ton for the 40s.. 5 lug is stock which is good up to 37s
@@CaseyCurrie got it - thanks! I also like how you went with the Overland over the Rubicon. A lot of people think that the Rubicon is the cool kid club, but there is now the Mojave!
Fantastic build! You seem to have put some focus on keeping the weight down. What do you estimate the gross weight of the final build to be?
I need to get it weighed.
I will do it soon
I just weighed my 2021 JL and it’s 6160lb fully loaded. V6 E torque Evo long arm full skid plates on 37”’s
Fuck ya Case, the video I've been waiting for bro. Just pick up a 2021 JTR and your experience and information on what works and doesn't will help me drastically make the right decisions on what I will purchase accessory wise. Thank you & hope to meet you one day cowboy out on the trails 🇺🇸
Awesome! Can't wait to see what you decide to do. If you have any questions let me know.
might be a silly question but what run evo when currie make lifts also?
Currie doesn’t make lifts anymore.
First JT I like. I should give you my LJ and see what you come up with.
What’s the best way to go about getting a set of 9” diffs? And what ratio did you go with. Thanks
You can reach out to our sales team at Currie and they can get you dialed. I’m running 543’s
@@CaseyCurrie I guess that ratio is a Ford thing. Thanks for the input.
Just curious. Is the Currie F9s you're running a low-pinion setup both front and rear? I know you just sold the truck but no one's gonna know about the build better than the original owner lol.
Yes front and rear low pinion.
how many inches of lift are you running with this setup?
4 inch lift
👍💯✌️
Is this a diesel? Or v6?
V6
@Casey - What is the shop that you have all of the build done at?
We build everything in house.
Is your jeep an automatic or manual transmission?
8 Speed Automatic
Gotcha. I want to get the Mojave with a manual transmission.
Where are the led light bars
