Spray WD-40 on the housing and wait for a while! Someone here posted this trick! The bulb and socket came easy, by hand! Try it! Thanks for the tip!

I suppose that is why he edited the video. He also had a hard time turning. Otherwise, why edit the video? Should've given a tip on that. I needed a pair of vice grips to turn counter clockwise.

nice video, there's an easier way to change the license plate lights though. remove the trim from outside the trunk (where the trunk release button is and then you can access the license plate light, that way you don't remove the interior lining

I own one with the tech package. People told me the trim piece is superglued to protect the backup camera. Now I'm afraid to tear it off and break it. Any ideas?
Btw: It#s the only method that'll work for me, because I have to replace the reflector, got an all in one led with reflector solution that has an e-mark on it. only legal way in europe, where I live. Thanks

Plus LEDs last longer too, so you won't have to change them as often.

The license plate light bulb holder is a bitch to remove/reinstall. The way the clips are made, it's hard to seat it back exactly where it was when there is no room for your hands. Especially the right side for a 08 TSX. But thanks for the video!

When I got the TSX I bought every LED from fog lights to side markers all I need is the blinkers on all fours, And I'm a dumbass I thought the center was LED whole housing I did not know that it was a bulb😂, If I knew that I would have bought one extra LED bulb
