no, the studio version is not acoustic my friend...it was mixed and produced with drums and another guitar.
I think you mean 'live' versions. An acoustic guitar is an acoustic guitar, whether mixed or played in a pub.
Timothy Williams sure, live versions are great too. And you are right, an acoustic guitar is just that. Lets call it "raw" then. The ability to have a song created with minimal backing, is acoustic. Live can feature an orchestral backdrop or a choir or a full band. That is the difference. Busking is a form of the aforementioned. Live Albums vs. Acoustic albums, huge difference
He was right about it being an acoustic version. Acoustic: Not having electrical amplification. Hence the title of the video is an acoustic performance. There are other instruments that are acoustic. Not just guitar.
