    Cool video. Any chance you plan on making of video of the process of grinding the chipper knives? As someone very interested in purchasing the All-American Sharpener and your jig, I'd really like to see the process and results before I commit. Take care!

      Thanks man. A bit of a stretch on this one, but good times. I didn't get to the grinding part in this video, but it actually works pretty good.

    If the bolt holes on the chipper blade are perfectly aligned and Parallel? putting a bolts through the blade and then ends of the bolt rods can rest on the straight edge to keep the blades parallel while being clamped using the bolts? Cooling could be done by making a coil of copper tubing that can be put in to a bucket of cold ice water. Connect one end of the coil to an air compressor line and connect the other end of coil to a hose that will direct the super cold air at the blade/ Grinder touch zone? Convection cooling might be good enough to keep the temper in the blades? Direct Water and oil cooling would create a mess.

    A cold air gun would work to keep the metal cool.
