Beautiful. To help your coverage, take length times width for square inches total divide by 25 and that number represents how many ounces you need for complete coverage. But we’ll done, what resin did you use?
Dead on advice. You could tell in the beginning that those 3 cups wouldn’t be enough. They weren’t even full cups. And I’ve never seen someone pop bubbles with matches. Table does look great though.
I wanna do this also. Exact the same with the same colours🙃 it looks so beautifull. I wanna do it for the coffeetable at te television. I wanna buy used cheap table and wanna use cheap paint. Do i need more stuff to mix the paint with? Or just paint -> on the table and thats it? Thank you 🙂
Jeannie Kry thanks for the comment! We used a acrylic paint specifically used for acrylic pours. Most craft store have them. We just bought the Micheals store brand (cheapest)
Wow, this is awesome. I want to try this, but I have a few questions. Is resin the same as epoxy? Did you get the resin at the same store as the acrylic paint? How long does the resin/epoxy need to dry? Is there any technique to applying the resin or is it the same as the method shown for the acrylic?
I ordered the resin on Amazon. Just the cheapest I could find. The resin is self leveling so it’s easier to apply than the paint. You can put it on with a paint brush. It took about 48 hours to dry!
Looks fantastic, thanks for sharing your lovely table design.
Totally gorgeous, beautiful. Absolutely LOVE IT
Thanks for sharing! Saw something like this on Pinterest and now my poor boyfriend is going to have to live with me doing this to all the furniture.
Hi that is absolutely stunning 😍
Doin this on my table I just constructed. Awesome

Very cool...use a butane torch to pop bubbles lol, sorry but the matches made me laugh.
Me too lol
Haha I don’t have a torch! We made use of what we had lol
brilliant...well good...was the resin a spray or a pour solution......👌
Looks beautiful

Hey can you explain to me what you meant when you flicked the match and said use fire to get the bubbles out
Do you paint on resin after it dries ?
I like doing this kind of shit stoned af
Is this expensive? I want to do this on a table like this just bigger
Beautiful table. Did you do anything special to prevent it from cracking or crazing while it dried? Did you use a medium, water, or straight paint?

Is that a cannon?
Hahaha yes

How do you prevent paint from going to other parts of the end table?
Just being careful… some parts still got some paint specs but you can just wipe it off with a sponge
Please what's the name of paint you use
How many silicone you add to your acrylic paint ?
Naty Claudio 5 cups total
Genial!
Pueden decirme el nombre de la música?
May I ask why you don't use a torch to pop bubbles
I don’t have a torch :(
Do you have to use a torch or something so that the paint does not come off
Nope I didn’t use that! Just use sand paper when buffing the table first
The torch or fire, which ever you use, pops the bubbles
@1:46 you can see an angry face o the left side of the table and a smiley face on the right side.
hahaha I never noticed that!
Hi...
