We never heard back from Graco after multiple attempts of showing this video link to customer service and were incredibly disappointed with their attempt to rectify the issue. They reported they couldn't view a UA-cam video and we feel that the person communicating with us was dishonest in their answer. We have been unable to use the stroller on our outings for over a year and are truly disappointed with the Graco Brand, which is unfortunate, because we truly loved this Stroller until there was a problem, and the customer service left us hesitant for any future purchases.

After threading the new cables through he attached everything using zip ties to make it neat. He attached both cables to one lever and using this mod, simply pulling back on the lever collapses both cables and the Graco Stroller Folds nicely as usual
