my phone shows this error message while flashing. I followed your steps carefully. but this message keeps coming

Fix for anyone getting an error of:
"wiping userdata...
CreateProcess failed: The system cannot find the file specified. (2)
error: Cannot generate image for userdata
Press any key to exit..."
after extracting 'image-angler-nbd91k' at 2:03, right click the "flash-all" batch file and click edit.
Look for the line 4th from the bottom "fastboot -w update image....." and remove the '-w', then save the file.
Then continue as normal.
*Note: this step must be done BEFORE you copy all the files over to the 'Minimal ADB and Fastboot' Folder at 2:32

After extracting the zip file inside the factory image, I noticed two files, cache and userdata, are missing. Please advise.

I have 2 huawei 6p that are in a loop and when i try to unlock the bootloader it says that oem is not allowed, then i tryed to flash it without the bootloeader unlocking and it says "device is locked. cannot flash images. What should i do?

You don't have to know such details, all nexus 6p are same, you just have to download latest one, thats all

@@noozytech thanks for a quick reply man, look i had another factory image i followed all steps till the end but it still gets the bootloop in google logo, i try to flash custom rom in twrp still no sny luck it shows error 7 , other times it says succesfull but still it ends in bootloop, what should i do please 🙏
