Spelljammer is my favorite D&D setting, there is some awkward lore n such, but the books for 5e are great in my honest opinion. Treasure Planet was my family's favorite lil watch along movie in the 2000s for big get togethers, and since we had a big thing for D&D in our family, we did a game of 3.5 set in the world of treasure planet, it was only a one shot but it was memorable, I played a Thri Kreen fighter if I remember correctly. This video was in general a nostalgia trip.
Funny you should mention. My table's current campaign is Spelljammer and we just pieced together we're doing treasure planet. But with a more Star Wars flavoring with some homebrew tech stuff our DM whipped up
I was waiting for someone else to notice this. Makes me want to grab my Spelljammer stuff and give it a whirl. Of course, being an OSR grognard, it'd be my old 2E set...
What is your favorite Disney movie?
Sleeping Beauty. It has a great villain, a good plot, a fight scene that makes sense, and all the D&D spells. :P
@@isabellac3401 Will need to give this one a re-watch!
Atlantis the lost empire
This one, Treasure Planet, and The Road to El Dorado (DreamWorks) were some of my faves as a kid.

This is my favourite Disney movie and I’ve been thinking about this idea ever since spelljammer entered my mind, thank you for bringing it to life!
