Today is my 2nd day of l glutamine and i had 10 grams for 2 days.. thank you so much found this video in the right time.. i will never exceed 5 grams a day.
I take L-glutamine as 69 year old male because I do not eat a lot of meat so i take the L-glutamine . My last colonoscopy..doctor said my colon was " beautiful" i attribute to the L-glutamine. He said no more colon exams rest of life!
What’s is the right dosage and the best time during the day to take l-glutamine for someone who do weight lifting four days a week? And can you take it in combination with creatine and l-arginine?
3-5 grams is a good amount to start with daily. Take it in split doses over the course of the day on an empty stomach. On your workout days, it is best to take a dose within 2 hours after your workout. It can be used with both creatine and L-arginine.
Actually I was laughing when you explained the side effects of too much L-glutamine, I was experiencing L-GG, L-Glutamine Gas. Thanks I was wondering why I had it. lol
In light of Thomas Seyfried observing cancer cells ferment Glutamine, a reduced amount in the blood is desirable for cancer patients. Can you explain how to reduce blood Glutamine, or is blood Glutamine a level impossible to effect? Thank you.
notice how 99% of questions are ne ed answered. not even the ones that have anything to do with liability, they just make videos for the views. it’s not a labor of love, it’s a labor for cash.
I have seen some research that seems to suggest that stains may deplete glutamine from the muscles. Is this correct? www.physiology.org/doi/full/10.1152/ajpcell.00308.2019 I was on high dose red yeast rice (and high dose ubiquinol) but still got terrible debilitating muscle weakness and pains, also tendonitis, high CK and high inflammation markers. Having left off the red yeast, my muscles have very slowly recovered. Recent test for leaky gut showed positive so i have been looking into glutamine and then your video came through. I realise i may have other reasons for getting leaky gut too but wondered if red yeast rice may theoretically have played a part. Thank you for all your invaluable videos :)
