I just came across your channel by accident and LOVE everything that you do. Thank you for you very clear and detailed explanations. I had to subscribe !! ❤️
That’s awesome! I can see you using this technique with different shapes and sizes of wooden plaques, too. Maybe a vintage portrait or a landscape vignette? 🤔 The ideas are rolling in! It would add perfect accents to your furniture! 🤩
I love this project! First time on your channel, and I have subscribed. I will be sure to check out your other videos. You explained this project so well, thank you! I don't have any of the wooden ovals, so am going to try it on cardboard just because I'm anxious to try it, and untill I can pick up some wooden ones. I like to experiment anyway. :) Thanks again!
You could also make your template of the size of your wooden piece in "Word"... Just make a circle and widen it and longate it to the width and then type in your numbers... Print out.. Cut and glue on the wooden piece.
You can certainly do it this way! For me personally it's just easier to work with a plain printed number. But it definitely a matter of a preference and works both ways! 😊👍
love your tutorial! one question, could you put the modge podge on without the tape? just wondering why you used the tape? Love how they came out! your very talented!
Thanks, Gina! Glad you liked it! I have an inkjet printer, so if I put any wet medium such as Mod Podge over my printed numbers, they will get distorted. Tape protects my prints from getting wet/ruined. If you have a laser printer- you don’t have to use tape. Happy crafting!
Oh this is terrific and so easy. Your presentation is so well done and up beat. Thanks for sharing.
