If regular warm-up drills are getting boring and repetitious for your team, try out this drill from Kirsten Bernthal-Booth, head coach at Creighton University. Players will get the opportunity to work on a variety of volleyball skills with the end goal being to hit the antenna at the end of every “hole”.

What is the point of hitting the antenna!? This isn’t game like and seems more of a hassle then fun.....plus we avoid the antenna at all costs in volleyball....

Looks like a fun technique drill; not so sure about the warm up part. I see many players standing still having to wait for other players and the intensity seems too low to make up for it
