I think Zeri is the better selfish pick if you want to 1v9 whereas Jinx is just the better Twitch and can wipe teams with her resets

Jinx is still far better overall. Her winrate and pick rate speak for itself, but other than those, her follow-ups for engages r better, can take towers fast and get away fast due to passive, doesnt have an ability (let alone an ultimate) that she needs to use in order to actually teamfight, better laning phase, and global ult can help in objectives and taking kills from far away
