@@rocklee2282 yeah, it's just that one would think a heavy scaling adc would have no real base damage and really high scalings to actually make them a "scaling character". Similar to how draven is the darius of botlane, but not only has high base damage to run people down from level 1, but scales so horridly hard that he has basically no downsides in the lategame besides not having dashes, like most adcs anyway. His damage is in no way impaired in the lategame like you would expect with early game characters, that are supposed to deal less damage than scaling characters by 25 minutes.
