Go back 2-4 frames to determine if it should hit or not. Remember, dlift has at least 20ms of delay from his pc and another 55ms to the riot servers. Thats a whole 2 frames of this vid at 30fps or 4 frames at 60fps.

Because it's too strong. I personally like the move of making wave clear items more expensive/less efficient than other items.
@@SleepyFen Then nobody would buy them. The point is that they are not as strong for dueling (as kraken for example) but give you agency earlier in the game since you can push and move faster.
We have a week or so left to abuse it

Shiv gets you:
Burst damage for trades
Freedom to roam for both adc and support
Agency on trading/dueling while the enemy is still trying to last-hit
Uninteractive poke damage through minion waves
Team fight damage
Meanwhile kraken slayer's only advantage is single-target dps, but it comes at both a higher initial investment as well as worse wave clear and team fight poke.
If you buy waveclear, your item ought to be weaker than the alternative because what you're losing in gold efficiency is gained back in less time spent last-hitting.

Ah, yes. The optimal build on ADCs. Rush the DPS options which give both waveclear and single-target DPS. Surely, our role isn't regressing to Season 8.11...
There's a reason why Shiv is getting a price increase.
The waveclear really isn’t the point, the item is just way too cheap for the stats it gives

@@stann4730 Zeri and Jinx want to push waves for safety, like when it was Sivir + Jinx perma-farming against each other for IE Teamfights.
Ironically, the game has regressed to that point again, because the power balance isn't 50% BOT, 50% Team. It is now 30% JNG/SUP, 20% MID and 10% ADC/TOP.

Taking Tempo and buying Rapidfire is my favorite jinx build. If you use Q and stack tempo you can literally auto anyone who is on your screen lmao

Shiv + Kraken is the normal jinx build now and has been since IE got buffed. Pretty sure people just go runaans for the novelty of getting triple rockets

Kaisa build similar to this is lethal tempo, statikk, kraken, shadowflame, lich bane + situatuonal item. Try this and you wont regret it
IDGAF what any1 says I will never not buy runnas when playing jinx, i just love the clearing and as an emerald player myself there's no other way i can get to 10 cs/min without it. runnas until I die

Shiv-Kraken start is like dropping Tilted Towers and getting a green pump and minis from floor loot. Kraken-IE-Zeal item is like landing in Greasy Grove and then rotating into Tilted once you've farmed mats and have 100 shield.

That first Baron looks like something happening in my games. No way you stop the baron there. Literally attack for 1-2sek more Virgo smites you get it and die. Now you enemy’s get baron and you still lose the fight. Things like that trigger me so hard I can‘t😅
There needs to be a disclaimer of when to go the build with shiv too many times in low elo am I seeing people fall way behind and go shiv which gives an early spike but doesn't matter because it doesn't scale then when it comes time to teamfight jinx is down dps compared go kraken ie pushing them even farther behind
What would be things you take 11:08 into account for scenarios that fleet would be > than lethal tempo?
Also idk anything about competitive, but I think the shiv kraken option is much better for solo Q. Being stronger earlier in soloq when so many games are decided by the 1st/2nd dragon fight seems really important.
Try Jinx with collector and runaans... dont finish berserk, just buy boots, rush collector and runaans... trust me... shits crazy

Doublelift unironically saying you should delay LDR until you have boots + 3 other completed items really explains why adcs have been crying and whining about being unable to deal damage to tanks stacking armor.
It's almost as if adc players are allergic to buying pen lol
Really, if you've got reasons to be worried about a tank and you don't have a top laner buying black cleaver or playing Garen or J4, going LDR third or even second can absolutely be a worthwhile purchase.
Armor pen is dmg amplifier, buying ldr second is like buying ie first - super int

I really don't understand the shiv rush. Testing lvl 9 jinx with shiv vs kraken. Shiv is 270-280 dps standing still auto'ing. Kraken is 400. Now i get those numbers are accurate due to movement in fights. But still, you're losing so much dmg.
