These are really amazing! The biggest game changer for me personally? You can set them to both output 800p and a refresh rate of 40Hz, enabling you to fully leverage all performance tweaks you’re using for your games anyway.
Decided to buy a used nreal air, lucky seller had them in mint condition and everything included for $225. Mostly use for steam deck or pc with hdmi port I bought instead of nreal hdmi kit bc I wanted to use pc longer then 4 hrs of game play.
As destination gaming becomes more of a thing, these are going to explode. Also the type that projects the AR onto the surface of your eye and BLENDS the two. Pretty amazing stuff...
@TechTesseract I appreciate y'all too. You're incredible at what you do and the time and effort you put into your videos really show. Hope y'all start doing vlogs they would be great

@@RickMyBalls what do you mean its hard to carry a steamdeck from room to room??? Its on wifi and even if its in the living room bedroom or outside it still connects wirelessly to the TV using steamlink you never have to unplug it or take it anywhere and thats just my home deck not my deck that goes everywhere with me try it if you own a deck its super easy and connects to any TV or pc with steam or steam link
in my humble opinion they are almost useless objects, it is clear that they are designed for mobility, at home we all have better screens on which to work and play, and when on the move they have enormous problems, for example the fixed screen in front of the eyes that trembles together with the glasses in case of a turbulent journey, and to stop this monitor, you have to buy an external gadget and spend an additional 135 euros in addition to the 500 for the glasses, for me, 635 euros is not worth it even remotely. the fact that 500 euros of object requires hundreds of euros for other gadgets to do what it should actually do by default says a lot about the company that built it
This is nay here! The speakers are great! For gaming they are super loud, for movies they are great to but they are a Little quieter when you’re watching a movie, I did watch a movie last night on them and it was perfect fine!
Regarding the 16:9 which gives us the full virtual screen 130" of the Air Glasses ... STEAM DECK has 16:10 aspect ratio screen so...that means that games Will not get the 130" of the Air Glasses screen??? Will appear the black bars at the top and the button of the virtual screen? Maybe, if in game settings you select 16:9...Will Fix It to get the 130"??? Could any Steam deck Owner check and confirm this please?? Thank you
Not a steam deck owner but I know that the universal screen ratio to 16:9 so compatibility should be good with games that definitely should support it, and since no one’s mentions the concern you have it’s likely there isn’t a black bar like you said.
@Tech Tesseract yes they work fine with ipad and android tablets and phones and sometimes with the steamdeck but i tried them yesterday and no luck i do get audio from them but no pic so i know the steamdeck is actually recognizing them is there a new setting on steamdeck for external display
I returned mine. The glasses are made for people that don’t have Apple stuff.I couldn’t get any customer service.I never saw a big screen. These are fraud.
Hope you're all having a good week! More videos on the way ❤

Where'd you find them?
Now we just need someone to make a 'steam deck' which is just a controller with a detachable pair of glasses.
Cool shades yall🥰😎

I’m curious can’t you just use a usb-c to lightning adapter dongle instead of those extra devices to use this on Apple ?
AR is really cool! I think this is better than VR!
They aren't to be compared to be honest.
The colours on the display really are good
These are sick!! I would for sure use these with my Steam Deck lol Great vid!!
Wait how you got minecraft to the steam deck 😮
Great video. Love the banter and information on the glasses I had no clue I needed lol

There are cheaper, suitable powered hdmi to usbc cables you can get that'll also let you use a console
What about the new USB C in iPhone 15 ? Still need new adapter or directly?
pretty cool! might chekc them out at some point. I also don't like how heavy my VR headset is and I like the idea of a light weight AR hedset
Yeah, I kinda love VR but wish they weren't so damn heavy 🤣 awesome for watching movies as well
Honestly, id wait until the nreal technology advances more... The deck tech isnt too new and its done well enough finally for me.
Im curious if this causes headaches or eye strain
So.... how many people are gonna get caught watching smut forgetting to turn down the volume? 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
