Thanks for the reassuring content, it's incredibly relatable and reflects my own experience. In my current organisation, one of the main barriers to progress is due to legacy Op Model and ownership, especially where Tech (IT) seem to be the most influential across the other maturity measures. To such an extent that it stalls any meaningful transformation

Gold info as usual. Love the discussion of how moving to new stuff and not getting it right can be worse than what was there before. I suppose constant snapshots for fall back or roll back could help mitigate it but jumping off the cliff and hitting the ground too hard could make the bounce back unrealistic. Thanks again.
