PING is worst, Jio Airfiber has the worst latency in India. Please do something to improve it.

Jio air fiber is very slow, I took 100mbps plan and I'm getting 10mbps. Worst network and service also not good. No one is coming for fixing the issue. Not stable always network is dropping.

i installed a new Jio air fiber its been 3weeks i raised complaint no one looked back my Customer ID is Amal P A i raised a complaint about my modem not showing 2ghz and 5ghz you should work on fixing and educating your staffs because when i asked why its not showing 2wifi on the install day itself they said it only have 1... i called the customer support and told them about this they said it should have 2 and i gave the modem model number and they checked and clearly said i should be getting 2wifi and raised a complaint and no ine called no one came back to fix this thing im unspeakable i used to have so mych high hopes for jio and it was a down fall

We have just taken air fibre connection. Modem is kept in upstairs. Wifi is availble in both thevmobiles in down stairs.but no signal for tv in down stairs. Whether modem to be kept near tv always. Since 10 days problem is not solved. Billing is also not correct

i have installed jioairfiber at home. everything is working fine. wifi speed good. Set top box working fine can watch tv channels and OTT. JioJion can use for free calling with landline number.
