As an electrician from the US I would love to spend some time in Europe learning how it’s done over there. They definitely seem to have some more refined looking parts, like switches, outlets and circuit breakers as standard. We have similar types here in the US but you gotta pay extra, the standard stuff is really basic looking, no frills. Our distribution panels have a lot more room inside them as well. Maybe it has to do with the lower ampacities at 240v compared to the US where most general purpose circuits are 120v with 15 and 20 amp circuits making up the bulk of residential branch circuits. I didn’t see it here but, I always see electricians in the UK and some places in Europe loving on the Wago or Push-In connectors too. Ugh, we rarely use them in the US and only for end of line connections. Like a light fixture. I’ve had to troubleshoot too many places where those were used or push-in connections were made in switches and outlets and they failed miserably. Overheated to the point the device cooked. Guys in the UK see wire nuts as caveman style but when done right they last for as long as I have ever seen. I’ve taken apart splices in old houses made with 90+ year old porcelain wire nuts and they were just fine. Anyway that was a tangent. Lovely work in this video though, very neat and tidy. Neatness counts!
Most wago are designed for a maximum current of 24 Amperes. Such an electrical circuit must have a circuit breaker for a maximum of 16 Amps. The shield should not have a dense layout and should have a free space of 30% Wago is better than twist and cap
В России wago также плохо зарекомендовали себя. Максимум для чего они пригодны это для освещения. В розеточных группах только гильзы и пресс. Хотя в старых домах у нас стоят колпачки СИЗ и всё отлично работает.
In Europe, had a guy wire the box in my flat like this. 3 voltage stabilizers with readout. Clean install just like this. I open it sometimes just to look how great the workmanship is.
I used to wire up 480v panels for a shop back some years. It’s nice seeing someone take pride in their work and put out nothing but excellence. My father and the military taught me that
Perfect kerja teratur... Pro....siap ada marking cable...dekat malaysia kebanyakkan wireman buat keja cincai...nak duit lebih tapi kerja tak perfect...
The installation is clean, no doubt about that, but I disagree with the choice of switches. They used only one residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB) for the entire line and then individual circuit breakers (MCBs). Considering the low cost and the availability of combined circuit breakers and residual-current devices (RCDs) in a single DIN unit (like Siemens), it would have been better to install these combined breakers, possibly with different response times - 30ms for the smaller circuits and 300ms for the main one. This way, secondary lines would also be protected from faults, preventing the main switch from tripping every time there's a leakage.
1.in malaysia rcbos are not commonly installed as you said.we dont usually use rcbos for everything(except water heater)we use rccbs and mcbs they work just as good 2.time delayed rccbs are abit of a rarity here(they shouldnt lol)many places do not have time delayed main rccb so a fault could trip the whole building i dont think theyre required by code but nothing says you cant have them either
@@rises889 That by using cable ties to bundle so many conductors together, one has derated the ampacity of the conductors, which is why this is a code violation in Canada. This can be offset by using larger conductors, but I doubt that this was accounted for. It also a code violation to locate the breaker handles too high off the floor. There are other issue as well, all related to similar reality based problems, but don't let that get in the way...

Nice Work! What country is this? Pretty sure it is 230V/50Hz single phase mains but the wire colors don't look like modern UK or Europe. Red is hot, Black is Neutral and Green is safety ground from looking at this... UK used to use these colors a long time ago but not for new installs.
The Netherlands used green L, red N, grey E, back in the day. This board would confuse the fuck out of electricians from that day and age. Briefly, at least. (I assume that they’d grasp what was going on soon enough when looking at a board. Maybe not when looking at just one set of wires coming out of the wall…)
