Put your water bottles in your freezers. If electricity goes out they'll act like bagged ice. If electricity stays out for a few days the thawing water bottles won't cause as much standing water in your freezers/fridge as a bag of ice. And as they thaw you will have something cold to drink in the heat. Something that is always overlooked is if the electricity is out you won't have air-conditioning and it's always pretty hot after a hurricane.
The transcript writing written by a stupid AI?

I feel like people are overreacting where I am specifically as we went through Ian (only rain), Helene (It rained where I am for a total of 3-5 hours), and probably more. Yes, I know it's mainly the coast that's going to be impacted, and during Helene, it was mainly the Carolinas that were mainly impacted because the flooding. Worst thing about this is that I'm going to miss more school.
Feelings mean nothing if it hits the fan. Same.
