It's actually quite disheartening to see this unravel. I remember my grandfather was a huge chess fan, starting to play and watch WCC at around 1991. His favorite player wasn't Kasparov (it was Tal), but he actually rooted for Kramnik to dethrone Kasparov in 2000. I guess he got tired of Kasparov beating everyone and switched to the underdog. He embraced some of his play style quirks (adapted mainly d4, c4 lines). To see a man that beat a chess legend, regressing to an infant child-like behavior simply because he isn't as good at chess as he was at the beginning of 2000's is just numb. It could be that Magnus didn't castle in honor of Vladimir's famous invention, no castling chess, one can read about it in wikipedia; tldr motivation behind it is that castling makes chess boring and increases the percentage of draws tremendously

Not implying that he cheated but for players of his caliber, even a slight indication that there is a swing in the engine evaluation would instantly make him see the winning tactic that he otherwise may have missed, especially in such time controls.

I like that each channel focuses on slightly different things in the game and a few different positions in the same game get highlights. Very nice for a better understanding of a single game
