RideAsOne yes, I don't know about console but there's hamsters on PC. It isn't in CAS like this, but your pet can catch one and you can put it in a cage.

Oh my god my dog is a puggle and they have it yay now I can start a game that has my dogs breed
A puggle isn't a dog breed it's a mixed breed dog aka a mutt
