Agreed. I really wish the yarn was better. I almost think that it was initially mislabeled on the website without polyamide because I always check composition before ordering… maybe that why the care label was missing too 🤔
This brand is made for you! You look so nice in all the clothing, especially that matching set. Tho I def know what you mean about the vest being too chunky and short. I’m glad I’ve accepted my body type is just not flattered by their clothing because otherwise they would be such a “fantasy self” brand I would pine for.
Thank you so much, it's kind of a double edge sword (liking so many pieces from one brand!). And feel you on the fantasy self pining, it's so nice when you can appreciate the beauty of something and yet know it might not be for you. I feel that way about so many styles at COS that just look so "cool girl" but I just feel like a poser in! lol
Love the potential of the Roxane cardigan. I’m always looking for a sweater vest, they are hard to find with buttons which makes them so versatile. And the color is beautiful. However, i see what you mean about the way it lays. It looked better with tshirt underneath. Maybe keep? Love love love the Sami jumper and Naelle skirt. I have the matching set in beige, which color suits me perfectly. Perhaps you could just exchange the Sami jumper for a different one? The one that I have is in pristine condition. I appreciate your approach to style; thank you for sharing your opinions.
Thank you so much for your comment. And I’m so glad the beige Sami and Naelle set suit you, it’s truly a elegant color, I wish it worked better for me. Loving the green though and already considering one more color for this set 😆
I love the Amya shirt on you and think it would actually be fine with a nude bra since it lays on your skin, but you have to be comfortable in it. I tried the Sami and Naelle in navy and love them, but I actually think I would wear them more separately than together - ultimately, I ended up returning because as a cool summer season, I just need something a little brighter, however, I do think that their quality control needs to be better! I like the shoes, too!
I think you’re right, even after watching the footage back with the dark bra I was wearing I felt fine about it! And same about wearing Sami and Naelle separately! I love it as a set but it’s so identifiable that I actually get more outfits wearing them separately!!
Everything looks so beautiful on you. I agree with Arabella though. I think their quality control is slacking if they're sending you a sweater in that condition.
Email their customer services with photos of the Sami and ask them if they will exchange it. I did this with a pair of shoes that had faint marks on them and they sent me a return label and once I’d sent them they reissued a different pair of shoes to me. It is worth doing as it is a matter of quality control on their part. They sometimes give you credit too if you say you are considering keeping it in its imperfect state.
Hello, I would definitely exchange the jumper with the pulls. Even though you can try to fix it yourself, you paid full price for the item with the expectation that it would not be damaged. Whenever I receive something that is damaged, whether it is a full price or a final sale item, I take a photo of the damage right away and send it to their customer service. Even if it was marked final sale, brands that care about their reputation will offer to take it back and give a full refund or exchange if the item is still available. I have the Sami with the skirt in the navy stripe. I purchased it at the beginning of last year and have only worn the sweater once. I have not had an occasion to wear it as a set so far. This year I’m trying not to buy anything unless I have a specific occasion or need for it. ☺️
Thank you for this, I am going to reach out to Sezane. I think I was being a little lazy and hate the hassle but you're right. Also love how you're being more intentional about your closet additions. I am still slowly reconstructing my clothes since having my son, but I'm also trying to be very thoughtful about what I add and make sure I love each piece and will get good wear out of them.
When I saw the shoes on the website I thought they were so ugly. After seeing them in your video, they are growing on me and now I’m thinking I might actually like them.
I liked the sweater vest in green on you (Roxanne cardigan). However, the fabric is very stiff and chunky. I got the Tiphaine cardigan which has the same style and fabric composition and I have the same problem with it. Although it’s very beautiful and comfy, it just doesn’t drape as much as I want it and somehow it makes me look big if that makes sense
Totally makes sense. Pieces have to meet a high bar these days and ultimately they have to feel comfortable and make us feel confident. Also good for me to know about the Tiphaine!
I ordered Louisa in grey, Marius trousers and Suzy jacket in taupe. I love Sami and Naelle set. Would you say that khaki color is on the warmer or cooler side or is it kind of neutral? I am a redhead and normally do not look good in greens that have yellow undertones, so just curious.
Oh I have been lusting after the Marius Trousers! I’ve been a little worried if they will pill in the seat area over time though, might still be worth it. Which color did you get? Both the mocha and navy are stunning
I just received a leontine jumper with a big hole in it! Costumer service was quick to help me return it, but still, i'm surprised that this made it through quality control. I love sezane but lately i'm getting annoyed, especially with the perfume they spray on everything.
Oh my goodness! Really makes me wonder how much they must be producing and shipping for something with a huge hole to slip through. And I’m there with you in the perfume. I had several orders last year that weren’t perfumed and thought maybe the stopped that but my latest one definitely has been sprayed
Ι used to buy lot of sezane but not any more. There are many pieces really expensive and low quality. I have also the sami jumper in red and in my opinion does not worth the money.
I have a few Sezane items. The ones that are worth their price & I wear the most are the Chlo Blouse, the Tomboy shirt, the Naelle skirt, the Honey shirt and the Bree Jumper.
@@moonchild650I also think their Kyle cardigan as well Otis and Louisa jumpers are very nice. Louisa sheds since it is new, but I hope it will stop with time.
@loukiasykallou4266 I get it. Some pieces (especially the ones made with synthetics like polyamide) are absolutely not worth the price point. But I do find there are some really high value pieces worth the price still... I wish they all were
@ivonat.6760 I haven't tried the Otis but have eyed it many times, and agree the Kyle is beautifully made. I recently sold mine because I just didn't wear it enough, but I was on the fence because I really did find it beautiful
The Sami and Naelle is perfect! I also like the blouse.
Can I ask what Levi’s you are wearing? They look stunning ☺️
i returned the Roxane. I found it boxy and stiff as well. The color is gorgeous

thank you! and you're both right, I am going to reach out to Sezane about it
Definitely return the sweater with the pulls….that is unacceptable
You’re so right, I was letting the laziness of not wanting to return and reorder get the best of me
I agree, it's unacceptable 😢

Ah such an amazing tip. Thank you! I will try this

Hahaha! That’s totally what I meant by ugly pretty 😆 I kept going back and forth in my head as to whether I really like them or not!

Love the Sami and skirt. Shoes look cool off but they are a bit ugly duck on. No offence.
No offense taken 😆 I totally agree with you. After watching it back I don’t think I like them on me even in another color
Didn't like the blouse at all, the west also not exactly good, especially the composition id disappointing. I feel like Sezane is loosing it's quality
The composition decline really is a bummer
