The quality of Hero Honda bikes was so good. I am using our 2007 model Hero Honda CD Deluxe for daily commuting with stock engine and it runs very well till now.

Bhai, old model from Hero had splendid quality. My Dad's Splendor is a 2003 model and has done approx 50K kilometres. Original swingarm, no rust in tank, even spokes ki chrome plating is in excellent condition. All it needs is a fresh coat of paint since paint has cracked on Tank due to fuel spillage.

Bhaai.......whatching you dismentalling this marvelous bike.......mujhe mazaa aa gaya...... mee too have Karizma 2006 model........even today this moves like 'makkhan', .....really engineeering gem hai ye bike...........mere waali ki to umar bhi poori ho gayi hai........but its running good ........, NOT EVEN A SINGLE BOLD I HAVE CHANGED, front wheel to aaj bhi original hi hai.........rear wheel bas karaya tha change, but is bike ki bas ek hi problem hai , aur voh Karizma ke har model me hai............, ispar baithne ke baad..........., tum kisi aur bike par nahi baith sakde........, believe me..........iska suspension.......ye 'Swarglok' se ban kar aayi hai bhaai.............!
Being a hero honda cbz owner i can say these old hero honda bikes had solid frame and build quality. ❤️

Thanks Jeet Ji. Is it possible for you to make a video on how to wire another speedometer to the Karizma? I was thinking of the Honda Hornet 160R speedometer to be put into the Karizma ZMR/R. I own a ZMR 2010 and an RC. I just want to upgrade the ZMR with legitimate upgrades. I’m also aware of The installation of the Gear position indicator drum that can be purchased online. I’m wondering if that can also be added. Hope you can guide us.

I also had a same Karizma.
And usme bhi hmne same platina vala hi indicator install kiya hua tha, bcz original vala hard plastic material ka hota h and literally vo bht jldi break ho jata h, thode se pressure se hi, side se hlka bhi kuch lgg jaye to it will break.
Hmne 2 mahine me 4 baar original indicator change kiye the😅
And last me mechanic ne platina k lga k diye hmko, and they worked perfect, vo break nhi hue, soft plastic and rubber type material h unka.
Aap bhi iss chiz pr thoda dhyan dena taaki customer ko future me koi issue na aae isse related.

Dada is there any way left to get a blue full body kit for 2003 karizma ? If possible then Please let me know actually my dad still rides one but the body is kind of broken . The chassis and the engine is still running well and the bike is mechanically perfect ❤️

Indicators aur taillight ko led bulbs me convert kar do.. It would be a nice modern touch. Replacement LED bulbs available hote hai, jo OEM housing me fit ho jaate hai.
