Hi! It was my first experience buying in Tokyo last year. Based on my experience if they have the bag you want in stock they will sell it to you. However, the store I went to had a rule that you can only buy one bag per person. Wallet or accessories don’t count towards that which is why I was able to get the plumet and the Anjou.

Unfortunately you can’t. You must go to a local boutique and my understanding is the closest one in the east coast is in NY and Miami.
