How to Do a Spiritual Bath | Remove Toxic/Negative Energy & Become Unblocked | Stayforevertrue

- Spiritual baths are a great way to remove energy from your body and spirit. Toxic relationships & thoughts, fear, anxiety, pain and trauma can all be healed through spiritual baths. Of course other methods work to help with the healing process, but a spiritual bath is a great way to start.
Here's what you'll need:
Epsom salt (I use 2 cups)
Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt (about 3 tbsp)
Florida water (a few drops)
You can make or buy Florida water (try amazon, Hispanic shops and even Walmart in some areas).
Optional Ingredients:
-crystals
-essential oils
-herbs
I forgot to add this but make sure you drink a glass of water before and afterward and take your time getting out of the tub. You may feel drowsy or drained afterwards. Urinating afterwards is another way of clearing out the energy (says the inner nurse in me).

When you said we carry the energy after sex that hit home for me, I’ve felt that way for awhile and you’re right. We carry their energies and I started noticing I would act like whoever I was with after awhile, it’s an energetic connection and in a sense we are integrating their energy into our bodies so I should have been doing spiritual baths a long time ago. I just ended a 6 year relationship with a man I care about so much. I was addicted to the entity that was in him. I had a miscarriage, there was infidelity and physical, mental & emotional abuse. I’m so ready to let go of him and this energy so I’m doing this bath tonight. Wish me luck.

I need this in my life. i’m currently getting out of a 12 year marriage from a negative man with a negative family who’s true colors didn’t come out until five years ago. don't forget sage removes negative + positive energy !! it removes all energies so that the space is completely free of energy, and sometimes removes the already good energy that you had manifested.. :/ it's only recommend if you're per example, just moving into a house. Palo santo is better, as it only removes the bad energies

It's so crazy I was praying and crying asking the most high for answers and trying to get on a path to seek my destiny and get unlocked so I can be at one with my ancestors. Found your video after my psychiatrist suggested this to treat PTSD from being a frontline worker in a hospital during COVID. I have always been incredibly spiritual and very connected to water so this is very helpful. We made a plan to pair these baths with short-term medication management, grounding mat exercises and affirmations. Thank you for this video!
I take baths almost every night. I started this about 8 years ago. I was going through the most traumatic thing I've ever experienced. I almost feel like taking a bath is a form of going back into the womb. Baths are so healing. I have experienced so much trauma from physical abuse from my parents. I just looked this up today. I'm going through trauma yesterday from being gas lighted by my step mother in regards to the childhood trauma/ physical abuse from her. Thanks for sharing. Lemon and orange oil are always my go to. I'm also a cancer. I hold onto a lot of stuff. I took a bath this morning epsom salt, essential oil and jojo oil and I found some Florida water. I added some. I relaxed for 30 mins. Went to bed. I dreamed of women I like didn't know them. One woman said what you looking at then I was like wow she's rude to me. I like how you briefly shared what you went through, when you kept saying I am healed , I allowed those words in me. You helping a lot of people with your experiences and I guess at times it is the very reason why "humans" face predicaments , hurts and agonies... So they heal to heal others persons.
