Diamonds are only expensive when you buy them from a jewler. They depreciate out the door same way a car does. Of course if the stones are huge, then they will hold some value. But never what you paid never. And parcel diamonds are worthless once you buy em. They cost the jeweler about 1cent a diamond anyway so after depreciation what do you expect them to run for? Lol

I don’t think you’d get the same because the moissanite adds weight to the silver so if they are the same weight the moissanite one has to be lighter with silver in order to be the same weight as the solid one

You would deff get a Lil more for diamond chain vs solid chain if it was sane weight in gold. Just the fact they would be able to resell it for more would make it a obvious decision. If a jeweler or pawn is offering only scrap price for a nice chain cut it in pieces then sell it to him. If it's a nice chain they'll offere a Lil more then spot.
