LéShíe In turn it's quite simple. Scientist who were not affected by the inverted gravitation created a quite big spherical object under the ground (just my tip) where floor was the sky and the ceiling is the ground. They created an inner object - inside this sphere - as well to make them believe - compunction of scientists - that the normal peoples are inverted and the successors of the experiment's victims are not affected by the inverse gravity. When they broke through the sphere at the end, there was the real ground - so the normal humans can stands on the ground already - of the Earth, ...in nutshell.
LéShíe ok let me explain cause it took me a minute but best i can gather the people who lived with a sky and tower thought they were the normal people and that patema and her people were the inverted ones which is actually not true both sides were actually survivors that dug into the earth the inner portion was the people who had that giant tower age's people were after the orginal scientists messed up they took responsibility and built a barrier and regulation unit on the earths core as well as an artificial sky patema's people lived just above them in the actual crust of the earth itself and in the final fight they broke through the earths crust to reveal that patema's people were the normal unnafected humans and age's people were in fact the inversed ones which is irony of course cause the main bad guy was like oh your people are sinners and this is your punishment blah blah blah he was his own downfall in a sense hope this cleared things up let me know if u have any questions this movie was absolutely fantastic !
snipabeast2027 So, the rubble around the moon was the remains of the accident? Why were Patema and her people underground though? Were they the scientists that created the underground world in the first place? And does that mean that the surface is still populatet? I just want to make sure i understand correctly.
See, one has to come up with what exactly happened in the experiment, and here's my thoughts on the anti-gravity: So in its most technical aspect, gravity is magnetism. In the laws of physics, there is no such thing as magnetism that has no polarity. I think the experiment the scientists were conducting was a method to invert that polarity, and thus, causing things that were once attracted to Earth via gravity, to literally be repelled away. Since it's gravity that is inverted, this means that the force of repulsion is the same as what it was like to be staying on the ground, in other words, people and objects' weight. If this was able to be directed to just an area, then naturally, this would be what happened during the test. The question that remains is whether or not the polarity reversal affected only Earth because perhaps gravity also has frequency to take in account? What I mean, is that if the polarity reversal was truly universal, then anything and all thing would be repulsed by everything around it. So perhaps it was just specific gravitational pull that Earth had that was reversed. Which would then explain why there was a ring around the moon, as it's the ext closest celestial object that is near the Earth, so that would be why things went up to it and orbited it. The only reason I believe that this whole thing has gone on for a lot longer than, say, a few decades, is because of Patema's ceremonial funeral, and on her plate, in the bottom right corner, shows dates, 10.03 But why would they format it like we do with our calendar? If it was truly less than a millennium, then it doesn't hurt to do something like 10.103, or something along those lines. No, that's how one would do it if we were talking about years in the 1000's. So, 10/1003. And to rebuke the thought, "Well, maybe it's Month/Day or vice versa", usually, when you're doing a funeral, I'm 90% sure that you do only the month and then year on their tombstone. For it to be so long, is the only way to explain the construction of the inner surface, and also to explain why knowledge of Aiga being inverted was lost.
The 5 dislikes are from people who are inverted, they see a like instead of a dislike.
The best "dislikes-comment" i've ever seen!

See, one has to come up with what exactly happened in the experiment, and here's my thoughts on the anti-gravity:
So in its most technical aspect, gravity is magnetism.
The only reason I believe that this whole thing has gone on for a lot longer than, say, a few decades, is because of Patema's ceremonial funeral, and on her plate, in the bottom right corner, shows dates, 10.03
But why would they format it like we do with our calendar? If it was truly less than a millennium, then it doesn't hurt to do something like 10.103, or something along those lines. No, that's how one would do it if we were talking about years in the 1000's. So, 10/1003. And to rebuke the thought, "Well, maybe it's Month/Day or vice versa", usually, when you're doing a funeral, I'm 90% sure that you do only the month and then year on their tombstone.
For it to be so long, is the only way to explain the construction of the inner surface, and also to explain why knowledge of Aiga being inverted was lost.
This song touch my soul
i love this movie alot because it is emotional because of the song i love so much i want keep listening too this song
one of the best ost
amazing song!
I'd give anything to see this film on the big screen and watch it with lot of other people 🙂
