Rewatching Mountain General's old videos, I somehow notice that there's a lack of enthusiasm in his voice in the older ones, enthusiasm for his year old videos, and slowly back to having the energy sap out of him.

I wonder if there could be some sort of focus bypass mod that would allow any nation to do multiple paths. I feel like it would've been hilariously chaotic.
I think there's a console command for that
@@timtams_6 There is, but it still doesn't allow you to do exclusive focuses for some reason
@@Talos827 That just does exactly what it says, it hides alternate focus paths - like how you can't see the communist, non-aligned, and fascist focuses after completing the first monarchist focus when playing as Poland.

One of my favorite things to do in Hearts of iron four is carving up Europe before starting WWII. I realize in historical mode; you can get Yugoslavia divided up without World War 2 triggering most of the time.

This was some of the greatest fun I ever had in hoi4, I was very sad that it got patched. Like there are plenty of errors in the game that everyone want them to fix, but they fixed this that although everyone knew this and that it wasn't supposed to work like this, nobody wanted to get fixed.

You can also get both on the right I'd you wait for Von Mackensen to die and do the bypass trick.
I have so many great memories of this path, I theory crafted a way to get the fascist, monarchist, and democratic paths all in one run.
In 1.6.0 you can also do double research exploit. I was combining this with that exploit in video.

Ahh I remember, the good old days when the game was not about supply. Nice video slovak warlord!
at one point, you could also glitch civil wars by making a super op 50 width template with heavy tanks, med tanks, all support companies, tank destroyers, spgs etc and namingit "Landstrumregiment" or similar units in other civil war countries and it would spawn those op templates instead of just basic infantry. Man, that German tree was broken and OP when you could 1. skip Rheinland and go down both paths to get Anschluss, Czechia etc. for free 2. have your units in the sea so that you have 50 extra units in the Civil War 3. rename an op template to get insane equipment and troops in the civil war.

It can be useful (e.g. you could do a tensionless anschluss so you don't have to wait between czechoslovakia and yugoslavia, or something idk)

@@mountaingeneral Nah still didn't work. Perhaps it has something to do with them being pirated copies of the dlc. I don't know why that would do anything but it's the only thing I can think of.
