Believe me, if you know what you are doing, solo helldives are in fact easier than the team ones, teammates are artificial difficulty increasers, hence why I usually dive alone or with a friend that know to stealth too
I didn't know that the railgun to incapacitate limbs like that, but I love it! That is how you buff a weapon without making it over powered, and it is super rewarding for those who have the skill to utilize this.
Technically any weapon that can damage a hulk can cripple them, you just tend not to see it often because the weapons that can do so effectively can also usually kill them just as quickly.
Your movement speed is fastest if you let your stamina fully recover rather than running exhausted! Great video, once you got that rail gun they were really screwed
He's more cautious, for his own defy to don't use any Stimpacks :D There is maybe an achievement who ask to don't be wounded nor use stimpack, or just to don't use stimpack during a mission :o

I actually gave it a try twice and gave up when 8 dropships came around the corner and dropped 2 factory striders on my face 😂 This mission is a bad joke right now, they really need to rework it.
Soloed difficutly 5 today! Was smooth at first, using eagle mostly and anti material rifle when I needed to, but at the end when the ship was landing I was just spamming stim trying to survive with 2 bile mothers on my ass.
Haha yeah man, the extraction part was quite crazy. The amount of bots they've sent was one of the highest i've seen in a while and ofc it had to happen during a no stim run. Luckily the democratic blizzard happened once again to help me out a bit

There is a strat to prevent them from coming by targeting small bots first. And if they appear, i usually run away cuz fighting them is a waste of precious time.
Is it me or is he basically mocking hulks now? 😁 Its like - I can kill you right now, but I will tear off your limbs first and let you bleed out. And that hulk in the fortress... He's still standing there, until this day, oblivious to the fact that his base was destroyed and the intel was stolen...

Probably because he's so careful to control excess spawns and avoid being seen when possible. There's a few times you notice he specifically targets the knife-bots when they present no threat compared to the berserkers coming at him. It's because those call in more bots, which he wants to avoid. Not to mention taking out most of the outposts with barrages (or being unseen) rather than fighting through them like most players do. His total kill count is also really low, again, because he's so carefully avoiding fights and extra spawns.

@Sarge94 I finally completed my first solo suicide mission difficulty without dying. The first two (of three) missions I completed the objectives but died trying to get to the shuttle.😅 But the final mission I completed, thanks to your example. Had 3 seconds left on the clock. Finally unlocked the next difficulty.
Maybe in the future, i live in a small zoo with 5 dogs that love barking and don't have a dedicated room for recording 🙁 If you have any questions regarding the games, i'd be more than happy to answer them in the comments section

I wish i was skilled enough to edit in an entire fortress 3 times. And if you think it's bugged, i encourage you to watch the minimap while i lay on the rock waiting for pelican. Literally 10 patrols stacked around extraction.
