@@Truecrimeresearcher224 I’m thinking about going to att from Verizon however 7 years ago when I used to have cricket it has good service coverage. I might switch the cricket. But I need data also for my iPad tho like unlimited with no data capping
I have had all providers and Cricket is perfect. Never dropped calls and never a spot it doesn't work at. I use 60 dollar plan. It's even better than Verizon and that shocked me.
Just a quick point. Cricket is ATT. Not just that they run on their towers. ATT bought Cricket as a means of really tapping the contract free market. It amazes me how many people miss this. Before ATT bought the rights to cricket, it was a Sprint mvno. Not owned by sprint, but a true mvno that used sprints backbone. When ATT bought Cricket, that really ended. People still refer to it as a mvno but it’s not because it is owned by ATT.
I'm back on cricket. I get 5G or LTE+ depending it's better that the 4GLTE Verizon was giving me for more. AT&T prepaid isn't in my area which makes no sense since the contract is
I have Verizon proper service and I would honestly switch to cricket if they offered HD streaming even say as a $10 add-on most people I know that have a cricket in my area get good service
Just switched to Cricket Wirelesss on the $60 plan I had US mobile and wow what a difference. Keep in mind Us mobile is very good but the speeds that I get with cricket just on LTE sometimes are even better than the speeds I would of otherwise gotten with US mobile on 5G. They can sometimes be up there with 5G ultra wide band but ultra wide band is still faster. Anywho things I have noticed so far. I do noticed the priority data. Things load instant on my iPhone 12 mini. When downloading apps is when I noticed huge slow downs on us mobile. In cricket wireless is a lot quicker. US mobile has priority data too but Verizon in general is just slow in my area so even with it without priority is still slow. Watching videos on UA-cam I noticed on cricket wireless it actually bumps up the resolution fairly quick, I know only it says 480P streaming and no I don’t have a vpn but I just watched this video in full 1440P on LTE. Maybe bc is 9 o’clock at night here the network may be less busy. Anywho those are my initial impression great service so far. Anybody wanting to give it a shot I say Go for it.
Cricket will slow you down after 22GB when congested. Visible have 50GB premium priority and unlimited UW data and only cost $45. I just canceled my cricket after trying. Waste of money.
@@ctgaming168 The Cricket Unlimited More plan (the $60 plan mentioned above) does not have a 22GB deprioritization threshold--it's fully unlimited, premium (priority) data on the AT&T network. The 22GB cap applied to older plans and there is some outdated language in the app still referencing this. I switched to Cricket from Visible+ due to reliability issues, speed was fine when it worked, but after 3 years with Visible, got tired of periodic outages including a full day where I couldn't get SMS message for no reason.
@@GCMac87 I didn't know about that. I just saw the detail about data slow down that's why I quit using cricket and went back to Visible+. Visible coverage and speed is perfect in my area, cheaper and has free unlimited hotspot too.
Do the data speeds of Cricket more and at&t unlimited premium plans differ from each other much does anyone know??? On AT&T but been thinking about switching to cricket.
I am very late to replying to this but it would be the same priority as AT&T unlimited elite or unlimited plus plan but not has high of a priority as AT&T business or Firstnet. But you should experience very good data speeds and it will be at a very high priority to maintain good useable data.

Cricket sucks...straight talk is better no contract and you can text a number on their phones without service and still add the service. i had to call a freakin number through another number when the service to my cricket phone ran out....also straight talk bounces off more then one service tower...not just at and t ...but sprint and t mobile towers.
Cricket is no good. They suck. After 4 years, it's over. As of today. Below is something I sent to my attorneys to initiate a federal civil lawsuit against them: I just had a 4 hour call with customer service "disservice" with Cricket. They suck. When I called them I explained that I have not been able to make my payment last month (a customer service representative helped me last month to get my account paid over the phone) and this month it was exactly the same thing. I could not make the payment by using their text link, I could not make the payment by using my app, I could not make the payment by using their website. It was past their customer disserve hours, so I could not make a call until today. The call initiated at 10 AM. I made the call using a WiFi app that bounces off of Google. Because, as of midnight last night there was no service. I spoke with 4 customer nonservice idjuts and 2 supposed managers who, I could hear half of the office listening to and responding to what was being said between those managers and me. The first manager promised me that the $15 fee would be waived if I paid my $80 for the account. I said "Chances are, the payment will not go through. But I'll try anyway." He tried something, then it actually went through. Then, he demanded the $15 before he could restore the service. I said, "No, you said you'd waive the fee. Restore my service." Once they have your money, they don't give two shits about helping you. The problem I now had was, I had no service and they had my $80. The guy hung up on me after an hour of back and forth. I called back to speak to the highest manager there, and they just gave me another floor manager. He also refused to restore my service because this was all Cricket's fault, once again. I started trying to make my payment a long time before midnight last night. The new manager tried to quote a dozen technicalities as to why he could not restore my service. So eventually I told him, "Were now pasty staying with Cricket. Now you must restore my $80 to me." And, he went around 16 different trees trying to lie about that he could not restore my $80 to me. Once they have it, I know this from former associates... They absolutely must not ever return or refund money to a customer although they have the capability to do so. I told "Jacob," "You now must return my money to me, or I will press charges against you personally in Kolkata where your office is, and you'll go to jail. Reason is, I've already stated that you have distinctly forever destroyed my being a Cricket customer, and this is now between you and me. If you keep my $80, the Kolkata police will come arrest you for theft and you'll spend 2 weeks or more in a stinky Indian jail with guys named Jamal and Hassan who will make it so you'll walk funny for a year. It's between you and me now, Cricket is our of the picture. You're the criminal keeping my $80." He kept trying to give excuses why he couldn't give it back, and none of them were valid. I told him, I'm staying on the line. I'm not hanging up. If you out me on hold, I'll take it that you've hung up on me, and I'll send my 4 hour recording of this entire refusal to restore my service to: Cricket Corporate offices, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the US Attorney General, the Texas Attorney General, and the Kolkata, India police, along with my reports about your company stealing from me and after I broke my desire to have service because you wanted extra money, I'll file reports with all of them against Cricket, and against you." I went on: "I'm also filing federal lawsuits against Cricket (and I am) and state lawsuits against Cricket, very similar to my million dollar lawsuit against their parent company AT&T. Try me." So, now, I'm doing all that. And, I'm going on a campaign against Cricket that will cost them millions of dollars in revenue. Not because they wouldn't waive the $15, but because they waived it and then lied and said I had to pay it. And, because they lied time after time about it, and about their inability to refund my $80. So I'm filing several lawsuits against them, and a few guys in their office in Kolkata are going to jail, and I'll probably get around $500,000 in the lawsuits, and Cricket will get over $1,000,000 in fines from a dozen government agencies. I didn't do this. They did.
