BCFF Zius BK1S & 2S - 200 FPS, More mods! NERF

If you thought the first video was crazy...
Oh dear, we're way crazier than that.
* Pinion mod not necessary, just less crashing of gear teeth at a very bad angle.
* New FPS was measured with all other factors stock. Should be even higher when we get our new barrels made to spec (BK has a unique inner diameter chambering).
* We are working on a new ported plunger design that we can distribute so you can do this plunger mod much easier and boost your BK! There is a good reason for a PT not being sealed (its not a mistake), but it depends on your plunger speed, and air volume demanded by your barrel. For us, in order to push higher FPS, we need to reclaim that air volume.
* Talon mags mod can still accept stock magazines if you print the standard mag sleeve.

How much did the new plunger seal improve your performance? I'm noticing a lose fit with the darts in my barrel I'm using as well and wondering if I should do a plunger head replacement on my own Zius, I've already modified mine to use talon mags per your mod guide.

Nothing much. Probably not as great for the motor and gearbox in the very long run.

May i know why the PT is not sealed?

You'd have to ask the manufacturer. From our perspective, a PT doesnt need to be fully sealed if it allows the plunger to build up some speed. This is assuming that you dont need the air volume, and instead, want air pressure. This makes sense when you use a weaker spring.
