The old 96er!
Love the obsidian knife.
The bone marrow is totally good ! That "steak" is like a "relish tray" on the table with multiple choices !
The Great Outdoors is one of my favorite movies, and this mash up couldnt have made me happier!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Used to every time you went to the store you could find round steak in the meat department. They were usually cut 1/2” to 3/4” thick. My mom had a recipe that she rolled it up with celery, onions and other spices inside.
Good gravy, that's a monster of a steak! Looks delicious!
Love your guys care in explanation and expertise. Thanks for making and sharing, a lot of childhood memories here.

You guys do great job cutting and cooking these cuts , love watching 🤤
OH YEAH NOW THAT'S A STEAK 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The idea of taking a movie (very popular one) and recreating food from it is brilliant. really enjoyed this
Thanks for watching!
WOW! That steak looks awesome. When I think of big steaks, my mind always goes back to the movie, The Man Who Shot Liberty Vallance, where the sheriff, Andy Devine, sits down to a humongous steak with potatoes and then, orders another. On the Cuff of course.
You folks are very good.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching.
After seeing that episode on the great outdoors movie, I love these guys.😂
The great outdoors was filmed at Bass Lake, California. I worked at the restaurant that catered the crew and set. One night we cooked the biggest lobsters I have ever seen. John Candy couldn't get up on the water skies. It was a great summer.
Thanks for sharing!
That was fun, fellas! Well done 👍
Ah! The ideal steak! One that could feed a family at least for the first serving.
Can you imagine if you never had to scrape another piece of meat again? We will be in touch soon. Love the channel, keep up the great work
Great beef and butchers and preperation , Also the Bearded Butcher Spice so nice !!
You cutting that mid section in half was just too much... superior body 💪 strength. So blessed.
Way too well done for this girl. more rare please
DANG!! That looks amazing!!
GREAT VIDEO GUYS
Thanks!!
Thank you❤
Looks a lot like the Brock Lesnnar blend. Yummy
It is. Rebranding of it.
All that’s missing is Tom & Jerry
I can’t wait to try one! I will cook mine about half as long but with that BOLD BBBS 😋
What a nice piece. Yum Yum.
That looks Amazing.
Ooo yeah the BB’s nail it again mouth watering thanks to Spencers amazing cinematography awesome soundtrack and mmm spices 😛👏🥳 the odd fabulous knife skill too 😂🎉thanks again for your inspiration!😢
My stomach and heart says yes I can finish it but my mind says no 😂
I've got one left from last year's butchering. I bbqued one last summer and it was fantastic. Our steer was about 2500lbs and the steaks were around 15lbs each.
Keep up the good work

Oh my god! I was just thinking about that scene from The Great Outdoors, and then your video popped up!
I love that movie! I've only seen it once. I need to find a hard copy of it!
Man I have the pleasure of sharing this same industry, this is a cool video, I always wondered what cut chet was eating. Thank you for doing this 💪👍
Good day to all, a great piece of life to all.
Making my mouth water

He left him hanging on the dap up 🤣 🤣 🤣 very good job Scott **left on read**
Oh i love your content guys thank you for the delight "new steak" ❤
That looks great
amazing!
I've wanted one of these forever
I remember when I was young the round came with the top and bottom and the round little bone in the middle for the dog. Gramma would make swiss steak out of it, and it was delicious. She made fresh bread with every meal, and there was always dessert.
The ol 96'r. Next time I visit Seville I'm stopping bye!!! Thx gentlemen
Who would've thought that stuff in Movies isn't real, no way!!! (insert bewildered Caveman face here) 😂
One of my favorite films growing up. We should all celebrate John Candy's legacy with an Ole 96er.
Every man should
Great movie, loved John Candy. That steak was epic
That was a good movie. Seen it more than once. Enjoyed the video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
In South Africa it is called a Texan steak. Usually sold covered with hot spice...
OMG that's a big ole thing and it looks delicious.
I feel like these have become an infomercial. I used to love them
😱😱😱WOW!!!! 🙌🏻 Another great video boys!!! 🙌🏻 🐄 Keep'em comin'!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you!
Looks yummy. Love you guys ❤
Oh my god. You guys are killing me with that delicious steak.
Love that knife
Something about watching an expert in his/her craft. Making it look easy is all about the subtle confidence, and nailing "it" on the first attempt. Being right next to, say, a big league baseball hitter hitting of a tee compares.
I could eat it all at once. With huge loaded baked potato and crab cream cheese stuffed portobello mushroom.
Day was I could too .
The salad , the appetizer , steak , and sides , dessert, and still be hungry .
I can still put a hurtin on one but that cuts both ways now .
Love that your spice doesn't have any sugar, on a carnivore diet, that's important so clean spice options are nice to have!
When we raised our own beef years ago we always got round steaks. That looks great
Over here salivating just watching this. Id be in a meat coma from trying to eat even a half of that it looks so good. Skip the turkey on thxgiving, we putting cow on the menu
Awesome job men !!!!
Thanks!!
Great video guys...I'm slobbering like a caveman😆
I was a meat cutter for a supermarket chain bought by Safeway the had us cut these steaks they didn’t sell that well
That is one big ass steak … Thanks guys !
Oh when you cut that hind shank
off all I wanted was osco bucco. Yum
Something I've never seen before, damn that looks tasty, one day ill try this!
I was planning on making pastures for horses. Starting to think about raising cattle as well.
That's my kind of steak, can't afford to buy it anymore here, just way to much for me on a fixed budget. But that looked amazing and there's no doubt you guys enjoyed it, thanks for the drool fest!! Love all your videos, from east TN ❤❤😅😊
The actual steak cuts are always priced at a premium over more mundane cuts like roasts .
Top and bottom round roasts are pretty damn good when cooked on a grill like a big steak , and , usually cost less per pound than steaks do . Keep your eyes open for store specials .
I grill several big roasts every year .
In South Africa we call this the Texan steak. Usually buy them vacuum packed in a marinade, delicious!
Just have to say you guys are amazing
Thank you!
Nice to see a ‘Full length’ video
Muito bom.... Aqui no Brasil sou açougueiro e adoro cortes especiais.
As always excellent video. How did you guy's come up, with you're seasonings? They are all delicious. Do you try them at home and then make them?
I did a 96'er prime rib roast for valentine's day and there was no way we were finishing that in one sitting. Thanks for the Great Outdoors reference. I need to watch that movie again.
Ever notice that either the cattle are made of butter, or the knives are incredibly sharp? Victorinox are the best!
That there is a "Tom & Jerry" steak with the sirloin tip left on. A full and complete round steak. This is a custom cut that you will not find in retail stores outside of shops like this. Being the round which is the hind leg, it's a well-used and lean muscle pack. Slow cooking / roasting, stewing and simmering are the best uses for anything from the round. However, with patience, time and tenderizer, a steak from the round CAN be grilled, but it'll never be as tender as steaks from the loin and rib.
It looked so good! Can't wait to get my hands on that new seasoning!!
Hope you enjoy!
How does Bold compare with the Brock?
@@bigdaddyparvpretty sure it’s the same seasoning. Had to rebrand after the Brock/Vince fiasco
That looked like the old 96 in the movie for sure!
now I'm hungry, YUM
