- This Thunderbolt is located at the Mooreland Fire Department at Cory Street and Sharp Street in this small village. For the past few months this siren was having issues randomly activating at 2:00 AM for some reason, prompting the FD to shut it off and a replacement was supposedly in the works. However, thanks to Michael (Bluegrass Sirens) and Clayton Werden, this bolt is now working properly. Everything was inspected, you can even see Werden's ladder leading up to the RCM1 when I zoom out.
Sirens in Henry County are tested every Friday at Noon.
Awesome!
Its weird that this thing is turned off. I hope its active so I can go here in the summer.
What was the culprit for the random activations?
No idea, it could be something in the Siratrol.
@@Spencerlovestrains25 Ok
8 RPM!
she is so healthy
A fast boi.
What caused it to go off at 2am?
Probably something in the Siratrol, but I'm not 100% sure.
Apparently the siren is down again as far as I know but dont take my word on it. I’ve been there last week and today and it hasn’t activated for the noon test both times (9/3/21 and 9/10/21) so I wonder what’s going on with it
Have you tried getting a hold of the FD?
@@Spencerlovestrains25 I didn’t have the time to this time around. I stuck around till 12:10 and nothing happened and I realized how short on time I was. But hopefully I’ll be able to go here in about 2 weeks to 4 weeks depending on my work schedule
Awesome video! Great they were able to save this beast!
Glad to see it was fixed!
