- After searching for a new place to stay in Cebu City I found this hotel and room on my Booking.Com app. To me it was a great deal. This is there mid-range room... Meaning that they do have rooms smaller and they have one or two larger rooms if you prefer. One of the first things I noticed about this room is just how very clean it was... How quiet the entire floor of the hotel was... The fantastic views.

Sweet hotel. Currently shopping them for next month. Did you say how much the room was somewhere? Do you know if they offer long term rentals? Maybe a monthly rate? I’ll be in PI a 1yr or so. Air bnb pickings are nowhere near as nice! Figure I’ll grab a nice hotel a week and shop around for a long term. Be pretty cool if hotels like that offer them! Keep up the great work! 🙏🏼

No I'm not sure if they have a monthly rate since I booked through Booking.com... You're right, it would be great if they offered deals like that. Maybe management at the hotel would know more about that. I'm considering returning here again on my next visit to the city. I stayed there during the week and my rate was $94 a night. I'm sure it's more for the weekend... Also they have a couple of smaller rooms for cheaper prices. And I believe there is one room larger than the one I had. Thanks again for your support... I really appreciate that.

A follow up question. Is this hotel near 'downtown' like there is a Ayala mall in Cebu. Is this near that? I want to make sure I can walk to certain places during the day or night. Any nightlife in that area
Hello there 👋🏼 Sorry for the late reply... Yes this hotel is within walking distance to much nightlife, but like anywhere be safe and aware of your surroundings at night. The Ayala mall is not within walking distance of this hotel. Robinsons mall at Fuente Osmena Circle (downtown area) is very close.

Were you allowed to bring guest there with no additional charge?
No they don't charge you extra for guest visiting you, the check-in desk is actually on the 4th floor so you and your guest don't even have to bother with them... You/your guest do need the room's key card to go up and down on the elevator.
