It's nice to see you guys dipping into some conversion work on here. That final pose is FAR better than the standard model, I'll definitely be using this when I inevitably use her in a kitbash!
This is perfect. Giving this model the with the badass backgroud story the pose it deserves. I'll try to recreate the pose on my Yndrasta as well. Many thanks Andy!
This conversion is great and that head is a perfect choice right down to a narrative feel - the spear-armed warrior being Reclaimed and joining the Stormcast Eternals as a master hunter is ace.
Very nice. When I picked up my copy of Dominion yesterday, I walked around the game store looking to pick up just something extra. I always try to get at least something else other than what I'm going after, just to help the shop out. I grabbed the box of primal lair from beast grave, and the box of Khagras Ravagers from Direchasm. Well after getting home I realized I mistakenly picked up Godsworn Hunt instead of the Ravagers box. Maybe I could attempt something similar but make a small diorama. The primal lair set comes with a creature in a pit with tentacles, may have sculpt a few more longer tentacles.
Really nice conversion. There's something bugging me about the original pose. It looks like she is slightly offset on one side the way she's standing. This looks much better. They should just have used FW Sanguinius pose for this model. Ironically, her original pose would have been perfect for Sanguinius.
Awesome repose of this mini great to see Andy on the vids again will there be a painting vid from Andy on this mini would be cool awesome channel glad to be subbed👍😁
I've been planning to do the same conversion idea, so thanks so much for the tips! Glad I found the video. What are you thinking of using for the base elements? I was going to use parts from the Maggoth Lord as it's got a really good combination of lamprey-style mouths, tentacle and those long spikes too.
Personally, not a fan of female figures with mohawks; looks too modern to me. Overall though, what a fantastic conversion. Looks way better than the standard model that comes with dominion. Well done sir. Cheers!
Not sure why you didn't clip the spear at the wrist and simply turned it around. Yeah it wouldn't be the exact orientation of the spear and hand in the picture, but who's going to notice on the tabletop? Your method seemed like it had a lot of unnecessary work.

Sanguinor!?!?! 😁
Huge! can't wait to see the final painted result :)
Would love to see more videos like these here or on Patreon! Doable conversions based on artwork (or any other inspiration) I mean.
Very impressive! I love when a few cut and some glue can completely change a model.
Thanks for the guide! I'm converting Yndrasta into a lord celestant so seeing how the bits worked together helps.

This is a FANTASTIC conversion! Nice one!
Just picked up Dominion today and i have been waiting for this!

Very cool. This pose is way more dynamic than the original. Great work

Totally stealing this. Thanks for the video!
look so much better than the original pose ! great job
Ha, knew I wasn't going to be the first one to do this. Great work! Going to use your attempt to help.
Glorious! You really should do the entire artwork on the plinth, would be so awesome! Anyway, great work!
Yes! Awesome! Thanks!
great work bro
Great job mate. So what's the link for the bases with the background?
Great repose! Defo gonna use this tutorial when I kitbase sanguinius
wow It really does look better than the original
Damn that looks nice, I think I will try this.
Thank you very much =D
Aha I was going to do this, at least I can see you do it first. Nice job

The FW Sanguinius is such a missed opportunity. Could have been so much more amazing!

Converted mine as well, cause the base pose is rather lack luster imo. Mine is now leaping from the provided staircase she normaly would stand on.
man that is one sharp knife! Is it just a regular x-acto knife? Really great work!

I love the result but I'm much too poor to risk cutting my models up like this haha
NIIIICE this is what i was planning on doing!!! her pose model wise is boring!
Why they put her on stairs, smh i don't understand.
I hate the original's pose. Why did they make it so static. Going to probably try and emulate what you did!
ooo plastic female sanguinius

Helmetless stormcast sucks
