I am more Traditional in my styling of m y home...but there is so much to love with FarmHouse! I like to incorporate a little bit of it, into my decor...I am a 'neutral' gal, with a hint of pretty greens, blue greys...I also love decorating with plants, books, and photos of my kids/family! Candles, throws, pillows...all add to the cozy! Do what you love! As you are the one that lives in it! Love your home!

Tiffany is anything really ever outdated??? In July of 23 I went on the neutral bandwagon, I mean everything was brand new my daughter asked if I was "depressed" since everything was so "moody". I am in California where sunshine prevails and I am a sunny kind of girl, needless to say, I went back to my roots, cottage, farmhouse, whatever they call it now. Love the direction you are going in that's my vibe!!

I agree 100% ~~ let go of the "trends" and stick with what you love and what brings you enjoyment. Trends come and go, and if you are constantly chasing after all of the things you see splashed across the pages of all things social media related, you are probably never going to find real contentment and you are definitely going to waste a ton of money in the process. Whether or not people say that items used to decorate your personal space are outdated or no longer in style is merely their opinion. They do not have to live within the four walls of your home, but you do. So whether a particular style is no longer the thing that everyone else is chasing after at the current moment, do not let that detour you from living YOUR best life and creating a space that you and your family are comfortable in and happy to call home at the end of every single day. If it gives you all of the warm and cozy vibes and makes you happy, then that is all that truly matters. I have wasted money purchasing items that I have seen people share on various social media outlets and you know what ~~ the vast majority of those items are long gone now. While I can enjoy seeing them styled in someone else's home doesn't always mean they bring me the same enjoyment in mine. In my 59 years of life on this earth, I have wasted more money on crap that I was influenced to buy and it is truly time to say NO MORE!! Trends be damned!! I am striving to fill my life with happiness and peace. I don't strive to find my home splashed across the pages of social media or some decorating magazine. And I am definitely not striving for perfection or approval from anyone. So Tiffany ~~ YOU DO YOU and turn your back and plug your ears to all of the naysayers!!

Love all the decorations! I am in the process of giving my dinning room a refresh! I just replaced my rug and I’m currently removing my cushions on my chairs. Looking at new curtains and trying to thin things out. Little by little it’s coming along! I’m ready for spring but, I haven’t brought out my spring decorations just yet.
I LOVE all the new pieces you got! I’m so ready for spring in WV, today is the first day I’ve been able to have my windows open. Hearing the wind chimes and chickens clucking make me so happy ❤
I no longer follow trends, it’s too expensive AND I would be forever changing everything in my house. I stick to what I like and change the items from room to room. As for Spring decor- I have brought out my glass vases in greens and blues and since Valentines decor put in holiday themed picks (hearts and berries in red and pink, right now St. Patrick’s picks of shamrocks in varying shade of green , and for Easter it will picks of eggs and bunnies in pastels), plus I have changed out my heavy throw blankets to lighter material in natural times, blues and greens, have added a few white ceramic and wood tone bunnies, put some of my green plants in baskets instead of heavy ceramic or brass pot holders and switched them around and have my Easter Cactus on my dining table and it’s now starting to get buds on it and I am hoping it’s in full bloom by Easter! I also change my insulated drapes for linen look light filtering curtains through out (we have woven wood shades on all the windows). It’s just the small stuff that freshens a room or rooms up. Once Memorial Day shows up, all my Americana stuff comes out and stays out until the week after Labor Day and there’s a 3 week pause before the Fall/Winter stuff comes out, including throws, drapes, and seasonal/holiday items comes out. Otherwise, our home reflects us and our family and I just rotate things throughout for a fresher or different look.
I am still loving farmhouse and I don't care if it's going out of style 😂😂😂. ❤❤❤ your inspiration pics and you found some gorgeous pieces! I would almost call some it cottagey or English garden style. I think of Peter Rabbit! I want one of those rabbits on a stem from Walmart. I call him the Superman rabbit because because it reminds me of the old Superman poses when hes flying! Which is exactly what my bunnies in the backyard did. I scared them out of the rosemary and they flew into the neighbors yard in like 2 leaps! 😅 Scared the poo outta me when I went to fill the birdfeeder. 😂😂

I love all of the spring decor. However, it is short lived in my area so I like to just skip to summer decor. So patriotic/summer decor is usually up from March to the first of August😂. Then I start cleaning and prepping for fall.
First off I love your decorating style to begin with you have great taste.... Second thank you, thank you for doing what you like and not going with the trend.. We put way to much pressure on ourselves to get what other people have. If you like it great then get it, but I do not know how many times I have bought things and then looked at it and thought I don't even like something like that.... Just ordered the striped pillow covers also. I think they'll be nice on our bed, and we have two decorative pillows that no longer match our current decor and color scheme. We went from burgundy/gold to neutrals. Love the new decor - So light and fresh!
I’m moving house in just under 2 weeks so I probably won’t get to decorate for Easter or if I do it’ll be minimal so I shall live vicariously through those that are and enjoy seeing everyone else’s bunnies and eggs. I absolutely love chicken wire and would love a chicken wire shelf…

I’m certainly old enough to know now I surround myself with the things I love…. I’ve never had issues decorating my home and I was always into doing it . When we girls shop although we most likely do not need the item (for decorating) we WANT it, again we love it and need it lol. Omg I love the bunny plaque that’s beautiful! Love your inspirations
I also feel there are trends that float around for sure but more than that - i think there are just different genres now of home decor and all of them look lovely and timeless when done correctly.

After Christmas , I decorate for spring. Of course I live in Georgia,so it gets to be spring earlier than New England. I use bunnies and lots of hydrangeas,my favorite flower. I too decorate in French farmhouse. Lots of blue and white and toile.

I would speckle your plastic eggs with black or grey paint with a toothbrush. Would make them look more realistic ❤ Love your style 😊

I am anxious to start Spring decorating. Here in western North Carolina in the mountains we are between Winter and Spring. One day it is 60 and few days later 30’s. I love everything you purchased and can’t wait to see where it lands!!!
Just ordered the striped pillow covers also. I think they'll be nice on our bed, and we have two decorative pillows that no longer match our current decor and color scheme. We went from burgundy/gold to neutrals. Love the new decor - So light and fresh!
Is the material on the pillow cover flour sack? A century ago flour came in sacks. When empty, moms would make kids’ clothes from the material.
I’m moving house in just under 2 weeks so I probably won’t get to decorate for Easter or if I do it’ll be minimal so I shall live vicariously through those that are and enjoy seeing everyone else’s bunnies and eggs. I absolutely love chicken wire and would love a chicken wire shelf…

I’m certainly old enough to know now I surround myself with the things I love…. I’ve never had issues decorating my home and I was always into doing it . When we girls shop although we most likely do not need the item (for decorating) we WANT it, again we love it and need it lol.

After Christmas , I decorate for spring. Of course I live in Georgia,so it gets to be spring earlier than New England. I use bunnies and lots of hydrangeas,my favorite flower. I too decorate in French farmhouse. Lots of blue and white and toile.
