The thing that I love the most is using so many drawers, instead of bottom cabinet doors. That is my dream for my kitchen! Everything is beautiful.

Are they red or orange ladybugs? The orange ones are actually little beetles that bite and are more invasive. We get those everywhere here in Indiana. But yes, one ladybug in and next thing you know, it’s a swarm.
They are orange!!! Good to know!! We’ve been kicking them out.

Your build is amazing. The laundry room looks like my Pinterest board for our build. You have great taste! Love your flooring. I’m still trying to decide light or dark floors. We currently have dark hand scraped, but I’m leaning toward light in the new house. Has it held up well so far? Are you glad you did the brick in the laundry? Thank you so much for the compliments! The brick floor was a non-negotiable! I really wanted it and I love it. I am so glad we did it. And we love the floors. They are Provenza luxury vinyl planking and they are waterproof and we love them!

How many square feet is just the main floor? We are downsizing and that is an amazing plan.
Thank you! This is a fantastic floor plan!! Downstairs is approximately 1,500 square feet. 2 bedrooms (1 being the master), 2 baths, laundry, and then the main living. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Our floors are by Provenza. They are from the line Uptown Chic and the color is Naturally Yours. You have to find a flooring company near you that sells it. I actually called around all over the country and found it for $3 a sq ft in Georgia, so WITH $300 for shipping, it was still cheaper than buying it where I lived.
