Light and Color

Learn all about color and why we see certain colors. Why is an object red or an object blue. A key point taught and illustrated in this video is that a red object absorbs all colors and reflects back red and a green object reflects green.

If a thing is red in colour then it reflects only red and absorb all , I am very much confused with it, is wavelength of that reflected red light is same aj that of red wave length light of that white light?
