Even on a low cal defective the carbs to all this would be insane for weight loss. I’ll pass, I still get the chili from time to time tho, not very often but I enjoy the f out of it when I do lol

Wendy"s does have good breakfasts. I have only tried their croissant sandwiches, but definitely will try those other breakfast options. They sound so delicous! Thanks for the suggestions!

If your doing keto it's alittle high in carb, but a great source of protein & it's yummy. I had weight loss surgery 5 years ago and I'm now doing low carb lifestyle & I eat it and I'm still losing weight. Hope this helps❤️

Hi Sammy 👋 I'm from the Houston area and was wondering. Have you tried the salads from Salad & Go? They are served all day. My fav is the Roasted Autumn salad and I sub the dressing for the ranch one Lol. They also have a option for any of the salads put into a wrap and they are good as well. Hope you give them a try one day 😊 btw thanks for video I had no idea that Wendy's had a breakfast bar.

I like this video where you show us the foods we can enjoy while on our weight loss journey. I just have a question, how come you don’t tell us about the carbs, you only give us calories and protein? I would be afraid to eat all the bread or the tortilla in the wrap. I eat the egg sausage McMuffin from McDonald’s but I only eat one side of the muffin.

I think she's taking a break from weight loss in general right now, focusing on working out and building muscle.
