Toll bros uses the same contractors as Dr Horton and the rest. I visited this area and simpsonville and agree with you about it being quite and having good space.
Thank you Will for another video on the area. Would you say Fountain Inn is quieter than Greer? I feel like it is a little further away from the mountains but I'm guessing the positives about it are that it's less populated and could be easier getting to the city?
FI is the home of unnecessary development...3 gas stations within 1/2-1 mile?? From 5-7:30 pm, do no expect to get onto 418 from any business in under 5 minutes, unless you are one of those people who pull out in front of a car and the other car has to slam on their breaks. Would never recommend FI to anyone. It is overcrowded with only 2 main roadways that businesses are on.
do you think if i buy something rural now it wont be rural in 10 years? we live 1h away from a bigger town right now where movies bowling and other entertainment is. 2.5h from major sportsevents. we are horsepeople but like the rural area. im currently looking into the upstate greenville area 30min around but im concerned that itll be overcrowded in 10 years or so...
If I knew the train would wake me up just about every morning, I would not live in FI. Not peaceful or quiet unless you live on the outskirts, not in the actual city. All my tax money goes to Simpsonville because there are no good restaurants, and just one crappy grocery store.
The upstate where I live is turning into be very expensive. People selling family own land to the highest bider crime going up. Its turning into some cities up north. These damm jobs want to pay you like we still in the 1990's

Yep! Many builders use the same contractors

I think it’s fair to say FI is quieter than Greer yes

not necessarily. the farther you go from downtown greenville the more likely the area will still be rural. think Clinton, Laurens, Newberry etc
