We experience all 4 seasons but rarely get snow and below-40 temperatures. Spring and early fall are beautiful with the mountains, plants blooming or leaves falling, and wonderful temperatures. Summer can get hot and humid from June-early August. The winters are very mild compared to most places, but a lot of people enjoy experiencing all 4 seasons, and for SC having reduced humidity outside of the summer months.
The cobblestone street is the downtown of Greer. www.greerstation.com/ I hope you have a great trip. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help with planning your trip to the area.
@@billjames3030 Hi, five forks is generally thought to be a good place to live by most, but of course everything depends on the person and what they are looking for. In my pros and cons video of Simpsonville, SC I talk a good bit about the 5 forks area if you'd like to check that out.
It really depends on how big, apartments vs single family, area, etc. This site has a lot of good information with rental data: www.rentcafe.com/average-rent-market-trends/us/sc/greenville/
