I hit perimenopause in my early 30's both my GP and Geno said I was too young 🤣I had woke up one night thinking someone dumped a bucket of water on me! Exercise and weight loss helped me with all my symptoms. By 46 menopause and the shopped closed, now at 56 and well into post menopause. Life changes, weight crept up over time and now the last 3 years relearning to be healthier for this chapter in all areas like food, exercise, clothing and much less stress. Have ceiling fans in the master bedroom, never any heat during in the winter and sometimes angle a fan on the night stand 😀 Totally agree that the lack of sleep triggers so many other symptoms. I've noticed that wearing more natural fiber clothing makes a difference, will definitely look into the bedsheets.
